Shikha Bajaj is a highly trained yoga instructor who completed her 1500-hour yoga teacher training from some of the most prestigious institutions in India, including Rishikesh, Indore, and Mysore. With over a decade of experience in the field, Shikha has developed a deep understanding of yoga and its benefits. In 2019, Shikha began teaching yoga online, bringing her expertise and passion to students around the world. Her online classes are tailored to meet the needs of practitioners of all levels, from beginners to advanced yogis. Shikha is known for her compassionate teaching style, and her classes focus on building strength, flexibility, and mindfulness. Her goal is to help her students achieve a deeper connection between mind, body, and spirit through the practice of yoga.
