I’m a chief marketing officer at the Metissaz, coordinating and developing our e-commerce brand.

For what projects/services did your company hire 4Scale Agency, and what were your goals?

We faced a problem of scaling our advertising strategy. We couldn’t make to increase our average check. So we came to the 4Scale agency, which made an auditing of our Facebook Ad account, proposed to change our email marketing structure, and develop new ad creatives.

We tried some of the hypotheses, which were solving the main problem — scaling of sales and revenue . The process was a true pleasure for me and the team. 4Scale really went into solving the request.

We had a call on which 4Scale helped us with sharing all the access needed for the auditing. After that they presented the audit and strategy to us. We discussed all the details of ad creatives, marketing communication and Customer journey map. After that we started cooperating with 4Scale. They managed the process of creating ad creatives, doing the ads, making email campaigns. They presented us weekly and monthly reports. They always came up with new solutions and hypotheses

After a month of our cooperation, we increased our revenue from $52,000/ mo to 98 000$
