We were at the beginning of the launching development process of a new application. Based on the system architecture we wanted to make sure compliance is met based on the market regulation of Data Processing.

The project plan extracted from the work breakdown structure and used estimation techniques resulted in realistic and acceptable pricing. Described and executed plan covered the entire audit creation, delivery methods and report presentation based on timelines with agile milestones.

The Backend Engineer was a perfect fit to the team, with a great personality that matches the team, and right from the start he brought his great knowledge into the team, participating in the discussions and contributing with very valuable inputs. With his expertise and proactiveness, he took the lead in the backend discipline. He not only delivered work to a high standard, but also managed to help the rest of the team members to grow their skills.

He delivered items on a very high standards, and not only that, his proactiveness and team spirit made him integrate perfectly in the team, participating very regularly in planning and features discussions, always with a great quality input.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Grzegorz is always ready to hear our needs in order to make sure he would get us the right person. Getting someone with the right personality is just as important as getting someone with great technical skills, and Grzegorz managed to do exactly that. 
We needed someone with great technical skills, but also someone who was proactive, willing to be involved in the discussions and planning, as well as able to take the lead. And after hearing our needs, Grzegorz managed to find us the right person.
