I’m an executive at a hardware supply company.

What challenge were you trying to address with 4B?

We needed business consulting services to get a registered trademark, open an LLC company in the United States, open an account number, and all services related to serving the company.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

48 does our tax preparations; they send our reports to the IRS and cover all our processes. In addition to that, they've done our trademark registration.

What is the team composition?

I work with two accountants, one account manager, and a project manager.

How did you come to work with 4B?

I found them on Facebook. After talking to their CEO, I decided to work with them because they were the best solution in the market. They also speak Ukrainian, which was important because my English isn’t great.

How much have you invested with them?

We've spent $30,000 with them so far.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in August 2017, and the engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

They do all their services timely.

How did 4B perform from a project management standpoint?

It’s easy for me to communicate with them perfectly; they’re based in Ukraine, and I can call them during the day, evening, or night. In terms of tools, we use QuickBooks, phone calls, and Telegram.  

What did you find most impressive about them?

I like the communication with them; it’s straightforward.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I don’t think there's anything they can improve on.

Provide information about your business so they can find a better solution for you; they’re very flexible and can offer something special for your situation.
