What challenge were you trying to address with 404 Network Ninjas?

We needed help with a full network and phone system overhaul.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

404 Network Ninjas provides network consulting and implementation, cybersecurity, and telecommunications services. We had an initial phone call, and Nick then came on-site to review everything and determine what we needed to do to accomplish our goals. The team has done a paper audit and worked on the services.

404 Network Ninjas has installed hardware and software, including a new firewall and switch. The team provides services on-site and remotely. Although the project is complete, they are still monitoring our network.

How did you come to work with 404 Network Ninjas?

We found 404 Network Ninjas through a referral. I spoke with Nick, and he had good suggestions and solutions for what we were looking for, so we decided to go with them.

How much have you invested with them?

We've spent $2,500 on the project and paid $300 monthly for monitoring.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in February 2025, and our engagement is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We’ve seen a 10% decrease in downtime, and the quality of 404 Network Ninjas’ work has exceeded our expectations.

How did 404 Network Ninjas perform from a project management standpoint?

404 Network Ninjas has come in completely on budget. We use phone calls and emails to communicate.

What did you find most impressive about them?

404 Network Ninjas’ follow-through and follow-up are impressive. The team is very hands-on.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I can’t think of anything that 404 Network Ninjas can improve on.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Don’t hesitate to use 404 Network Ninjas. Using them has been wonderful, so let them take over everything.

• Setting up our firewall once we got dedicated Fiber internet set up and running to our space
• Ensuring speeds matched what we were paying for
• Help with TP-Link points
• Setting up VPN and cables for various members
• Making sure all internet and connections are secure
• General tech help - troubleshooting, maintenance, etc. 

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

• We have fiber internet+firewall running and working in our coworking space at high speeds, which is extremely important for a coworking space (and I wouldn't have known what to do if it weren't for Nick).
• We have happy members who feel their internet safety is secure 
• Members set up with a VPN successfully
• Troubleshooting and fixing various tech pieces in our space - i.e. printer, etc

Yes - Nick is also extremely responsive (often within minutes!) and attentive to what our needs are. He explains things thouroughly and in detail so we know and understand what's going on in our space.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

404 Network Ninjas will go above and beyond to help and always does it with a positive attitude and smile on his face. That goes a long way for a small business who is just starting up and needs all the support we can get. We're extremely grateful for Nick and all he's done for us!
