I am the owner of Voice & Eye Media. We are a technical writing and creative services company.

What challenge were you trying to address with Stewart Design Agency?

We have contracted with Stewart Design Agency to assist with a number of website redesigns for several of our clients.

What was the scope of their involvement?

I can offer two recent examples. For one client—an artist—the objective was to transfer all artistic work from one platform to another without compromising its beauty and how it is displayed digitally. The other site served a government agency and needed to comply with General Services Administration requirements. That website utilized concrete5 technology, among others. For each site, we prioritized responsiveness and updated visual designs.

We interacted directly with Wayne, the owner, and he corresponded with his own team.

The online portfolio of their work was all the information we needed to believe that they would be a reliable partner.

What is the status of this engagement?

Our first website project began in April 2016, and our second began in May 2017. Both took about four months to complete. I have more projects planned with them in the future.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Both end clients are satisfied with the updates to their websites. One client, in particular, was able to use his site to secure international business. Because the website was so responsive to a mobile device, it enhanced his ability to find new ways to market himself and find new business.

For each project, the owner has been responsive and flexible. Most projects will have shifting requirements as progress is made, but the team adjusts very well.

What did you find most impressive about them?

As a smaller firm, they are able to offer a personal touch to every engagement. After each project is completed, the Stewart Design Agency team makes itself available to the end clients in case other changes are requested.
