We were looking for setting up our eCommerce setup. 4 IQ scheduled a meeting and we discussed about the project requirements, timeline budget. We negotiated the quotation received from them. Next we have to provide our business and products details and finalize the design of the website We asked for a revision because were were not satisfied with the first design they have provided.

As the point was mentioned in the deal so they didn't ask anything extra for doing that Next part was getting the design and development part done. Then we provided our bank details company registration certificate and Government IDs as the details were required for Payment gateway. The project was completed and went in testing process before we launch it in Late January,2023

We met 2 person from 4 IQ. Owner and the Developer. Both were professional and calm. They listened to us carefully and replied us quickly whenever we needed.

Are there any areas for improvement or something 4 IQ  could have done differently?

yes, I think they could have represent their services in a better way. But may be they were just a startup that time. Everything was fine.
