What challenge were you trying to address with 3ilogics?

I host four web shows, and I wanted to display all of my content on a single platform. I needed a web developer to develop a media hub to showcase my work.

What was the scope of their involvement?

I wanted to present a mix video and audio content on the website, so we discussed practical design options before they moved on to the development stage. Once the layout was established, they pulled all of the media I uploaded on various entertainment platforms and transferred the data to my website. They implemented a few HTML elements on the WordPress site, in addition to a streaming plugin that automatically plays my latest content on the home page. After reviewing their work, they gave suggestions that would help make the site look full.

I was pleased with their work, so I hired them to build another website for my consultancy. They went beyond developing a simple WordPress site and built a platform with innovative features that help me manage the influx of customers in a streamlined manner. The site’s features include a payment function and an asset transfer tool, which helps me share files with clients from a secure platform. Clients can use the tool to prioritize tasks as well. 3ilogics also set up a G Suites account for scheduling appointments and connecting with prospective clients. I’m currently using them as a subcontractor for my clients’ web needs.

They assigned one project manager to my account. The project manager is familiar with every aspect of my websites, so updates and upgrades are seamless.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

People assume my sports web shows are a simple hobby until they visit my website and see its professional design. The site’s clean look and feel is a direct result of the well-designed front- and backend development. My clients are equally delighted with the websites 3ilogics built for them, which builds my credibility.

How did 3ilogics perform from a project management standpoint?

High productivity is expected of any partner, but 3ilogics is one of the few vendors that follow through with their promises and completes work within the deadline. We have different time zones, but they accommodate my schedule and only contact me during my active hours. I’ve never had an issue communicating with them in the two years we’ve worked together. They’re always responsive; they let me know weeks in advance when they’ll be out of the office. Although they have other clients, their attentiveness makes me feel like I’m their top priority.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their immense knowledge is the perfect asset to their exceptional communication skills. I’m not a tech expert, so they occasionally have to rely on their expertise to decipher ambiguously-described tasks. They always have a solution to my problems, even when I’m unable to articulate my needs. I also appreciate their ability to absorb the project’s information and produce quality deliverables quickly.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I wouldn’t change anything about my experience with 3ilogics. I’ve tried working with other web developers, but their work pales in comparison to 3ilogics’s premier services. I’m eager to use them for other digital services in the future.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Conceptual ideas are great for forming the project’s outline, but a detailed strategy is integral to achieving the best results. Provide precise information to help their team work as efficient as possible. However, don’t overwhelm yourself if you cannot conceive a tactical plan for every aspect of the project; 3ilogic gives great suggestions to enhance the end product.

Can you go into detail about the services they provided and the scope of the project?

When I started with 3ilogics, my website plan was still in its early stages, and I had little hope for its success. There were so many things to do and I wasn't well-organized.

Their team takes my designs and brings them to life. The 3ilogics team is patient in listening to my requests and consults me on how to get the website to be operational. Their development team helps me through every step and addresses any bugs. They organize the code and develop new code to make the website functional.

The team consists of a team manager and a group of developers.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

Because the site consists entirely of custom PHP code, it is an extremely difficult task for them. However, they make sure it is clean and working flawlessly.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

They are responsive and update me every day about the project's progress. Their team manager is polite and courteous to our needs. There are a few nights the team doesn't sleep to make sure our milestones are met.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Even though we are nearing the end of development, they still help me address any final bugs and issues. 3ilogics is amazing to work with. I would recommend them to anyone.
