As a founder of EASL Tech Inc., a AI data infra company. We provide a containerized data movement platform for primarily FinServ and integrated healthcare. Our platform automates the data access, transformation, and delivery of data across enterprise environments, enabling faster, more reliable, and cost-effective AI data orchestration.

What challenge were you trying to address with 3DAY.STUDIO™?

We needed help with a complete redesign and rebuild of our website. We also wanted to enhance our branding, image, and messaging, add intuitive content to aid prospective clients in doing self-guided research, and A/B test a series of CTA strategies to invite potential leads to get in touch with us directly.

What was the scope of their involvement?

3DAY.STUDIO™ has handled all the design, development, and implementation of our website. The team has gone through extensive design iterations and presented comparable options on how to build and design the core functionality of our new website. 3DAY.STUDIO™ has also assisted in launching our CMS on Webflow, setting up Google Analytics, connecting and automating the relevant services/process functionality to our internal operational systems, and eventually producing fully designed white papers, case studies, and blog content to match the brand imagery we’ve established on the website. We’ve provided the content and messaging to fit the new design.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with 3DAY.STUDIO™ in June 2024, and while our primary engagement has concluding, we still retain them for support ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

3DAY.STUDIO™ has delivered design drafts by prescribed deadlines. The team segmented the site construction by each page and section, including the homepage, solutions, products, verticals, pricing, case studies, white papers, team page, and blog. We’ve seen a 75% increase in site traffic compared to the old site. 3DAY.STUDIO™ has supported making adjustments to the site indexing and configuration to optimize SEO and paid search visits, supporting the development of multiple targeted landing pages. The team has also changed or shifted our CTA strategy multiple times, including implementing A/B testing against landing pages, to test which approach is best for optimized user engagement.

3DAY.STUDIO™ delivers on time. They’re very straightforward and clear in their communication. The team provides examples, templates, and questionnaires to prompt and guide our thinking. 3DAY.STUDIO™ is responsive via email and on shared Slack. It’s also very easy to book a virtual meeting if we need to discuss a topic in more detail.

What did you find most impressive about them?

• One website for MobiWire's US market entry, serving three departments across China, the EU and the US, each with their own copy and localization, under one brand. Objectives: credible enterprise positioning, regional content autonomy, and a measurable lead channel with full tracking.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

• Very positive feedback from customers and other stakeholders.
• Three departments across three time zones now manage their own content independently, removing the coordination bottleneck entirely.
• Conversion metrics tracking and KPIs following implementation. 

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

Jaro was able to work independently and communicate clearly. The entire complex implementation required very limited management from the Mobiwire team. 

Jaro had a very strong onboarding / interview process in the beginning that helped the rest of the project move smoothly. 

The project slipped slightly behind the original schedule, which was fairly ambitious, I did not have any significant concerns with respect to the management of the schedule delays.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Jaro is a very talented designer, with great judgment and taste. He has essentially filled the role of "creative director" for us and helped us build a consistent brand and presence across multiple channels. He has been pragmatic in his approach and delivers consistently across a diverse range of tasks and implementations. Definitely someone to build a long-term relationship with, not just a one-and-done contractor. 

Are there any areas for improvement or something 3DAY.STUDIO™ could have done differently?

I hope Jaro keeps growing his team so we can keep tackling more ambitious projects in the future!
