Jon and I had several pre production concept meetings...then we did a rough script, selected the employees who would be on camera, and set the day and settings at our HQ

Jonathan is very hands on when he takes on a project...he gave specific feedback on what would work and what would not be in keeping with contemporary video standards, which change frequently
