I am the owner/CEO of V Bhanderi CPA LLC. I own a CPA Firm.

360 IT Guru was hired to build our custom website as per our requirement. We explained what we wanted to do and they did an excellent job in creating our site. Our goal were to built custom website for our firm.

My friend has referred 360 IT Guru as he has received excellent service from them and highly recommend Shilpa, so we decided to go with 360 IT Guru.

We did an initial call with Shilpa, the owner of 360 IT Guru and she understood our requirements and walked us thru all the steps and process we will go thru to create the website. She explained to us what to expect thru out the process. She explained Agile methodology to us which they follow and all the steps Initiation, Design, Execution and Closing stages to us.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

We worked with Shilpa, who handle all our requests. She has great communication skills and provided response and explanation to all our questions.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We are very pleased with the outcome of my website. We were updated every step of the progress and confirm that we were happy with the outcome.

The project was managed very professionally. We communicated through zoom, e-mail and text massage. Project was on time as specified.

Very professional, timely and very impressive project leader. The entire project was executed very smoothly and delivered on time as we expected. Great team to work with.

I can’t see anything needs to change as I am 100% satisfied with the company and the service they have provided.
