I’m the head of HR for a supply chain company. We’re a logistics provider that provides warehousing services to multinational clients.

What challenge were you trying to address with 360º Consulting?

Being a head of HR, I need to find resources that meet our company dynamics, requirements, and culture.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

I asked them to recruit a manager for us. They were supposed to share a few profiles of qualified candidates.

What is the team composition?

We worked with two people from their team, including a CEO and a lead consultant.

How did you come to work with 360º Consulting?

I know the CEO personally. He was director of HR at one of the multinational companies in Pakistan that we’ve worked with in the past. After he retired, he created his own organization.

How much have you invested with them?

I didn’t pay them anything since the project wasn’t completed.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in March 2020, and our work ended in May 2020.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

They provided resources that didn't fit my requirements. If I asked for an apple, they would provide a banana. It wasn’t a pleasant experience. After a month, they sent me a batch of three potential resources that didn’t meet my requirements. Every requirement wasn’t filled per my request and we didn’t hire anyone.

How did 360º Consulting perform from a project management standpoint?

Their response time was poor. They took an entire month to get back to me. They didn’t seem serious at all. We communicated via email.

What did you find most impressive about them?

No, I wasn’t satisfied at all. It was a bad experience.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They should take their client’s needs more seriously. My requirements for candidates are urgent for our business and if we can’t fill the role, we suffer.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

My advice is to evaluate them thoroughly before working with them.
