300DEVS helped us create an application that allows our sales team to match data about our customers and develop offers for them. We had some ideas and some engines for what we found on the market, and they changed that engine by adding new things to it to customize it for our audience.

In terms of features, the app could take our prices and offer to calculate the customer's information, which includes how much heat they need in their house, to estimate the kind of heat pump that will be the best.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

300DEVS created an application that streamlined our processes. There were some bugs in the application, but it took them a few days to repair them.

How did 300DEVS perform from a project management standpoint?

300DEVS0 team were professionals, making our collaboration easier because they knew our sales team's needs. In terms of communication, we used phone calls, email, and in-person meetings.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They have excellent communication skills and great creative ideas.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I didn't think there was anything they could improve on because working with them was amazing.

My name is Tomasz Moszczycki I am the Head of the Wholesale Department at Tezet. My main tasks include coordinating activities related to wholesale trade and gas supply. Tezet is a direct importer of liquefied petroleum gases from the best producers, long-term contracts guarantee stable cooperation. We have been operating in the gas market since 1988 - today TEZET is a reliable supplier of liquefied petroleum gas, the leader of the autogas market in southeastern Poland. The logo of our company can be found on several hundred tanks of autogas stations and heating and technological installations.

For what projects/services did your company hire 300DEVS, and what were your goals?

Tezet's huge asset is having its own liquid gas handling terminal. The TEZET Transshipment Terminal is the largest facility of its kind on the eastern border of the European Union. The terminal is located in the town of Brzeźno near Chełm, on an area of over 300,000 m², 11 km from the Yagodin-Dorohusk railroad border crossing (Ukraine-Poland). The terminal has so far transshipped a total of several million tons of liquefied gases, which has given it the status of a leader on the Polish-Ukrainian border. The terminal is designed for the transshipment of liquid hydrocarbon gases from wide-gauge rail tank cars to normal-gauge rail tank cars according to the European standard and to tank cars. The applied technologies, full automation of equipment and systems guarantee safety and quality of transshipment. TEZET terminal meets the strict requirements of the European Union, often exceeding the current regulations. In order to meet the highest level of service, it is necessary to ensure the timeliness and speed of delivery. The company had a fleet of vehicles, but no system responsible for scheduling deliveries and certifying the gas delivered to regular customers. Initially we were looking for a ready-made solution that we could quickly implement in the company. After verifying a few options, it turned out that none of them suited our needs. At this point we already knew that it would be necessary to create a solution dedicated to us. On recommendation we got contact to 300DEVS. Together we determined our needs. As the main goal, we established the creation of a system that would have a database of customers, enabling the recording of deliveries and their certification.

We received the recommendation from a friend of ours who was a shareholder in 300DEVS. We were well aware of his company's advanced R&D and IOT projects. The first very substantive conversation convinced us to choose this contractor.

After signing the contract, the first step was a site visit by the Business Analyst and Systems Architect at our company. They also spoke with our drivers about the processes that take place during gas distribution. The second stage was to clarify the scope of integration with already functioning internal systems. The next steps were to create a mock-up of the system and a description of the operation. After this stage, the next stages of the system were handed over to us ready for testing. In the end, we received a ready-implemented system to which we still reported minor changes and corrections for 2 months.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The system has significantly increased the speed of deliveries in terms of their organization and the completion of documentation accompanying the delivery. The problem of missing documents or errors in deliveries has been completely eliminated.

At the beginning of the order there was a very detailed site visit and the creation of mock-ups and a description of the system. This allowed to clarify all the relevant issues. The programming work was handed over to us in monthly cycles thanks to which we had a constant influence on the shape and development of the system.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Professionalism. We did not expect such a detailed site visit and getting so deep into our processes and problems. After such a workshop, we all had a full understanding and comparative knowledge of TEZET. Timeliness was also always met.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

The entire implementation went smoothly. I think that with larger batches of the system it would be possible to divide the stages into smaller and more frequent meetings.

I am the Marketing Project Coordinator at Scania Poland. I am responsible for all marketing and image activities of the company. Scania is a global leader providing solutions for transportation, including heavy-duty trucks and buses, as well as a wide range of related services. Scania offers vehicle financing, insurance and rentals so that its customers can focus on their business. Scania is also a key supplier of industrial and marine engines.

For what projects/services did your company hire 300DEVS, and what were your goals?

Scania pays very close attention to building very strong relationships with customers as well as users of our trucks. In order to integrate and establish stronger ties, we decided to implement the Pomeranian Miss Scania contest. In the era of digitization, we decided to move some of the voting activities to the Internet. Such an action guaranteed increased accessibility of this contest and greater promotion of the brand. The main problem was to create an effective and transparent voting module. We had an idea but lacked a partner who would turn it into a ready-made IT solution. In this regard, the company 300DEVS came to our aid.

What were your goals for this project, E.g., We wanted an Android app that could handle data processing and configuring that data onto a map. We hoped to improve our consumer outreach with marketing assistance. E.g., We wanted to see our mobile app engagement and downloads double by the end of the year, and we wanted to increase the number of inquiries that we received through our contact form. We also needed the mobile app to be easy to update on our end, so we were interested in a simple, user friendly platform.

We received a recommendation for 300DEVS from a friendly business partner. We researched the opinions of companies already working with them. All the information we gathered and the quick contact on inquiry made us choose them as the contractor.

In the beginning, we realized 2 meetings during which event storming and clarification of our expectations and needs took place. Based on this information, mockups and UI design were created. The next step already included programming and implementation work. The whole project was constantly tested and consulted with us so that we had a full impact on the final product.

Thanks to the solution, more users joined the event and a very large number of users decided to cast their votes. Thanks to the online promotion at the physical event, we saw a significant increase in participants.

During the execution of the order, we had 2 meetings with the project team to clarify expectations. During the execution of the order, I received the weekly status of completion.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The team demonstrated tremendous knowledge of the industry and technology. They offered us 2-3 solutions for each of our needs. The entire work was completed quickly and smoothly.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

The entire implementation was flawless. Perhaps a daily morning meeting with me would have sped up the final completion time.

I am the vice president of a company that produces pasta. It is one of the largest pasta producers in Central-Eastern Poland.

For what projects/services did your company hire Industi sp. z o.o.?

We faced the challenge of rebranding the logo because the brand was getting old and blurred. The logo and the whole series of packaging gave the impression that there was a dissonance between the content and the packaging. The brand became less attractive to the customer group which is one of the target groups.

What were your goals for this project?

The aim of the activities was to carry out rebranding, including logo rebranding, rebranding a series of pasta packaging, collective packaging, posters, and many other graphic designs wherever they should be used. Industi has also created a mobile application for us.

How did you select Industi sp. z o.o.?

We were looking for companies that deal with creating brands. We got acquainted with the portfolio of several companies, what Industi represented was beyond what others offered. After research, we came across very good opinions about their work, and one of our wholesale customers recommended Industi to us, because he worked with them by branding his own brand.

The first step in the brand design process was a brief. The next stage of designing was research. They analyzed the competition, researched the industry and decided what would be best and what motives to avoid. Based on the collected information, they started designing. At first, they created a unique logo. It was the basis for building a coherent visual communication of the brand. Recommendations for the use of branding elements such as logo, colors, typography, etc. were clearly presented. As we had it, work on packaging design began.

We worked with the project manager and the art director.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Rebranding was a good and sensible move. The numbers speak for themselves: the average increase in volume sales was 50%, and even 200% for selected indices. The logo and the packaging line are still our hallmark in Poland and abroad.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The workflow was incredibly effective. The project manager carried out individual stages of our project and sent us proposals on an ongoing basis. We contacted mainly by phone, and when there was a need for pinkness in a wider group, we used the zoom or whereby. Their team was flexible and gave a lot of interesting ideas.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

They understood our needs perfectly. The best thing was that, apart from the brilliant branding work, they also made a website and a mobile application for us, because their main specializations are branding and programming. Everything in one place - great!

We needed Industi to create a dedicated mobile application for us. The aim was to promote a new line of pasta. After analyzing the market, it turned out that there are many applications with recipes and cooking, but there is no application that fits into the process of perfect pasta preparation.

That is why a pasta cooking timer has been made, in which you can define the degree of perfect pasta and obtain the perfect taste. In response to our customers' requests, the application also includes a recipe module indicating the range of dishes that can be made with our pasta.

We were very pleased with the implementation of branding, including the projects of the new packaging line. We knew that Industi is not only a branding agency but also a software house.

Having good experience, we decided to cooperate with them, because during the previous implementation in the field of branding, we received many suggestions and advice on using our products in the application and recommended solutions.

Actually, the idea appeared during the earlier rebranding. Industi advised us some interesting ideas, this idea grew up in our heads. We contacted Industi, they prepared mockups for us, then the graphic creation was made to match our graphic identification.

Test versions of the application for the android platform were created and were later handed over to testers. The tessing was nice because together with the Industi team we not only tested the application but also cooked it together, checking it on the battlefield.

The company has gained a tool that allows customers to cook pasta in order to obtain the perfect taste of the product. The application is also a kind of loyalty program that engages users to purchase new products to prepare the dishes indicated in the application.

Communication took place through the project manager who coordinated all the work of the project group. In the first stage, mock-ups and the target functionality of the application were created efficiently through conceptual meetings.

In subsequent deliveries, based on consultations with us, graphic designs of the application and text versions for both platforms were prepared. Industi took our suggestions into account and recommended the best possible solutions, so that the usability and simplicity of the application were not disturbed.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

What impressed me most about Industi was the ability to adapt and the desire to learn about our industry. Another thing is constant relations and contact with the project manager. Finally, I can point out an innovative approach to implementation with project recommendations that we did not think about when we started the project.

The area for improvement in the application is the possibility of adding your own recipes using our pasta by the users of the application, we are considering this action.

I am a co-founder and CEO of a company that created an online platform for fixed assets vendors and financial services providers. The platform enables vendors to present their products to the end customers together with a range of financing methods such as operational leasing, financial leasing, and business loans.

We wanted Industi to create a portal/platform that would enhance the presentation of fixed assets vendors offers in the digital channels with financing options.

For each item to be acquired from the vendor, the end customer has a possibility to choose e.g. financial leasing with desired parameters and initiate an application process with the financing institution. All of this to happen at the point of sale: e-commerce shop, sales representative tablet, or in AssetLife web platform.

The biggest challenge was to implement the particular leasing products of companies such as Pekao S.A., Impuls, and Alior. Each financial product had to be precisely mapped, for the end customer to be able to set parameters as an initial payment, contract duration, and buyback amount.

The platform offers user accounts and workflows for vendors, end customers, and financial product managers. In totality, it is meant as a significant milestone on the way to fully automate fixed assets sales.

SOLUTION

How did you select Industi sp. z o.o. and what were the deciding factors?

We were looking for a tech partner with a brief description of our idea for a platform. After some technical discussion, we decided to organize a tender against an early specification. Industi also has great reviews and strong recommendations. We invited them and we selected their offer as the most competitive both in terms of price and technical competencies and experience.

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.

The first steps were workshops during which customer requirements were collected. Later, the mock-ups from which the MVP version was selected and implemented. The production version was created after 3 months of work, this version was created on the WordPress engine and included a list of offers divided into categories.

It was also possible to inquire about an item. This stage can be considered as analysis and research on the basis of which we decided to reorganize the final functionalities. As we have already accepted the final functionalities, they created a customer panel and an extensive administration panel for entering vendors' offers.

On the Industi side, the project involved 3 backend programmers, a graphic designer, art director, software tester, 2 fronted developers, and a project manager. From us, the product owner.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Thanks to the implementation of the platform, the process of offering financial products together with fixed assets (vehicles, machinery, and other equipment) was automated. Manual interventions can be removed from the process. The client selects the type of financing and its parameters on his own in the unmanned digital sales channel of a vendor (e.g. web page).

The fixed asset with leasing as a payment method can be as well presented by the vendor's sales representative on the screen of his tablet. Different contract lengths and other parameters can be simulated and chosen by or for the customers in real-time.

Communication with PM at a very good level. Ongoing communication via telephone, Telegram communicator, and emails. The project was carried out on an Asana with a hooked time tracker. There were 3 development environments, 1 internal, 1 customer test, and 1 production. 3-week sprints.

They were easy and quick to contact and are quick to react to changes in the project. Transparency of activities within the team, responsibility, comprehensive service.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

We could have added more financial product templates. This would increase the capabilities of the platform even more. This can be added later in the support period.

I found them after doing research online. I checked their projects and found them quite interesting. We compared a few different companies, and we found their projects better and more affordable than others.

Implementation of B2B Internet system in the scope of managing training and consulting e-service processes The system is based on the latest standards for creating internet applications. The structure of the system is organised in a modular way. This allows to store individual services and develop them independently, at the same time maintaining the possibility of cooperation and information exchange between them.

Each module is a set of programming structures, which are responsible for performing delegated tasks. The modules on the application can be shared or switched off, depending on the selected configuration and settings.

The implementation of particular components of the view is designed in the model-view-controller architectural pattern, which allows to maintain the hierarchy of data flow and separate the business logic of the application from its visual components visible by users. This results in the simplification of the application structure maintenance. PHP, Yii (framework PHP), jquery, Bootstrap, nginx, GSAP - framework Javascript.

E-wiedza.eu portal offers modern forms of online education and knowledge management for foreign partners (product internationalization). E-learning provides flexible forms of learning and acquiring new skills. The portal delivers high-quality tools for its partners and enables creating training and its distribution via the portal. All this thanks to the implementation of 12 automatic data processing e-services in the SaaS formula.

The project was implemented according to Prince2 project management standards. This helped to manage resources in an organised and effective manner. The methodology effectively supported management. It allowed us to supervise the project, control it and then finish it successfully. Ultrano has ensured that the plan for the implementation and management of the project is prepared.

The company took into account that the use of resources and people in the project needs to be as efficient and helpful as possible in order to achieve the objectives and results. The chosen method of project management contributed to achieving the highest quality of performed tasks, efficient communication and distribution of information between team members

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The most impressive aspect of their work is that they really cared about the result. They were focused on us and did what they had planned, even though we had problems along the way that they faced. On a scale from 1-10, Ultrano deserves 9. Great ideas, quality of work.

If there was something that I noticed, it was nothing significant. Now, I cannot think of any problems.There is always something to improve. However, I have no suggestions.

We hired Industi to create a dedicated crm system for us. We knew that no solutions available on the market were suitable for us, some were too extensive and heavy, others were too light. We wanted the solution to be tailored to our business needs and could be expanded with new modules in the future. The main goal was to create a system that was fully compatible with our workflow. We needed to have a tool that would improve our customer service activities, monitoring activities and the progress of activities related to them. The characteristics of our operation are so unusual that such a solution had to be made for us.

It the beginning, there was a deep analysis next mock-ups. After developing mock-ups and analytical work, we received a very precise quote. After accepting the documents, we started implementing the system. The works were carried out in 2-week sprints. We knew exactly what to expect from the previously developed models. At the next stages, individual modules were delivered. The software was made in a technology that may enable further integrations in the future. Optimization of the backend was made in PHP/Symfony and frontend web app development in Angular

About 9 people worket on our softwafe. Project manager, two frontend developers, two backend developers, UX/UI designer. DevOps was also involved and two software testers.

The implementation of dedicated CRM class software allowed us to significantly improve organizational and sales processes. The tool has been prepared directly for us, so we operate faster and more efficiently. The work has been centralized and through modules and various classes of access we can monitor individual activities on an ongoing basis

We hired Industi to create the portal, the main tasks were:

• Provide content useful in the work of career counselors, labor market institutions, educational institutions related to vocational education, teachers and educators, students and their parents;
• Provide a communication platform between the different types of users defined within the portal through text and audio-video communication tools;
• Include tools for creating career paths and creating e-learning content;
• Include a database of industry and technical schools, taking into account specializations and regions based on geolocation. There were several goals we set up at the beginning:
• short delivery time;
• integration with many APIs of various portals and government agencies;
• great emphasis on functionality and efficiency of UX design;
• integration with legacy government software; adaptation of the code to the high traffic on the portal;
• availability of the portal.

I got a recommendation from a friend, good opinions among customers in the business environment confirmed that it was the right decision.

At the beginning, there was a deep analysis of the needs of our clients, who were to be the target users of the portal. Workshops were conducted based on this analysis together with Industi. Users' stories were developed and, after their approval, so were the mock-ups. The amazing graphic design delighted us. The action plan was presented and a schedule prepared. The works were carried out in 2-week sprints.

When they showed us the MVP, we knew we had made an excellent choice of supplier. In the final phase of the project, we tested the portal and this phase ended the project in phase 1.0. Now we are considering its development; we are now working with Industi on a 2.0 version. Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

First, the project was delivered a month ahead of schedule. What has been achieved is the portal automatically aggregates data from about 30 external data sources. Contact between advisers and students is facilitated - it is online and automated. We managed to gather information on all major occupations in one place - 483 occupations according to government qualification.

Possibility of automatic online contact with the pre-exhibitions of 32 thousand educational institutions.

The project was conducted in Asana, jira. We communicated via Diskord, Google meet. I had no problems with contacting them anytime.
