I am the Senior Manager of IT Operations of Boost Our Traffic

Describe what your company does in a single sentence.

Boost Our Traffic is a digital marketing agency. We do SEO, PPC, content marketing, and social media for clients across a few different industries. Most of our work is performance-focused: helping businesses turn traffic and impressions into actual leads and growth.

We run a lot of campaigns in parallel, so a big part of our day-to-day is keeping delivery organised across the SEO, content, and paid media teams.

Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

It started with consulting. 2BBooster looked at how our agency actually runs, where time was going, which tasks were repetitive, where things slipped. From that they put together a plan and we agreed on priorities together.

On the RPA side, they automated the parts that were eating our week. Pulling campaign data from different platforms, putting together the recurring client reports, and moving information between our tools instead of someone copying it by hand.

On the AI agents side, they built agents to handle first-line client questions and routine internal requests: things like status updates and standard FAQs and hand off anything complex to the right person on our team. Everything was connected to our existing systems.

Key deliverables: the consulting roadmap, the live RPA automations for reporting and data handling, the AI agents with an admin panel so we can update them ourselves, full documentation, and a handover session for our IT and ops people. 

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

• Weekly client reporting went from most of a day down to about an hour of review.
• Roughly 60% of routine client and internal questions are now handled by the AI agents without a person stepping in.
• Response time on those first-line questions dropped from a few hours to a few minutes. 
• Our specialists got noticeably fewer interruptions during the day, which our team leads say improved focus and output. 

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

Solid. We mostly worked over video calls and a messaging app, with regular check-ins and a shared board to track things. They stayed on schedule and raised questions early, rather than letting them turn into problems. When we flagged something mid-project, they adjusted without any fuss.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They told us where NOT to automate. A couple of processes just needed a cleaner manual flow, and they said so directly instead of selling us more automation than we needed.

For us that honesty was the thing it’s rare and it built a lot of trust.

Are there any areas for improvement or something 2BBooster could have done differently?

The consulting and audit sessions early on were pretty intense for a team that’s running live client campaigns at the same time. Spreading them out a bit more would have been easier to manage. That’s really the only thing. The results were worth it.
