23Bit Studio

23Bit Studio is a women-owned, independent product studio in San Diego. We build custom software for small businesses and agencies, along with WordPress tools and products of our own.

We’re Nikky and Nadia, two developers who met working together in 2023 and kept trading ideas about tools we wished existed. Now we build them, for ourselves and for our clients. When you work with us, you work directly with the people designing and building your software.

What we do

• Custom software: internal tools, client portals, integrations, and web or mobile applications built around how your team actually works
• WordPress development: custom plugins, connected systems, editor tools, and rescue work for sites that need it
• Our own products: including TeamGraph, an org chart and team directory plugin that runs inside WordPress, with no separate account or monthly fee

How we work

1. Talk: show us what happens today and where it gets stuck
2. Plan: agree on what the first version needs to do, and what it doesn’t
3. Build: try the software as it takes shape and steer it
4. Keep improving: launch, learn from real use, and decide what’s next

We’re small by design and research-first, with focused scope, direct communication, and shared decisions throughout. If work at your business is stuck in spreadsheets, email chains, or tools that don’t talk to each other, we can help.
