I’m the director of service operations for a company that provides tailored technology solutions, including hardware, software, and services, to help organizations manage, distribute, and print documents efficiently, enhancing information sharing and operational success.

What challenge were you trying to address with 20Twenty Design?

We needed help with a new website and improving our traffic.

What was the scope of their involvement?

20Twenty Design has updated our website. The team has also done some additional projects, including drone videos and headshots for our employees. Regarding the website, 20Twenty Design has created a new splash page and content. The team has also improved the site's searchability and increased clicks.

We work with 2–5 teammates from 20Twenty Design.

Someone referred 20Twenty Design to me. I chose them over other options because they had high ratings, were close to my geographic location, and had a great culture fit.

We started working with 20Twenty Design in January 2025, and our engagement is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

20Twenty Design's work has increased our web traffic and customers. Specifically, we've seen a 26% increase in sessions, a 17% increase in session engagement, a 13.77% increase in new users, and a 76% decrease in average engagement time.

How did 20Twenty Design perform from a project management standpoint?

20Twenty Design's engagement and project delivery have been great. We primarily communicate with the team through virtual meetings.

What did you find most impressive about them?

20Twenty Design's professionalism and eagerness to be a great partner are impressive. The team has offered expertise that I didn't know I needed.
