1212 Agency was hired to manage and improve our digital marketing ecosystem across paid advertising, email marketing, landing pages, conversion optimization, and online reputation management. The scope of work included setting up and managing our Google, Bing, and Meta Ads accounts, developing and optimizing landing pages for paid campaigns, and managing customer email marketing flows, including follow-ups and abandoned cart sequences. 
Key deliverables included ongoing pay-per-click campaign management, conversion optimization, landing page optimization, Bing and Google advertising, display advertising, YouTube advertising, and retargeting campaigns.They also supported our brand reputation efforts across platforms such as Trustpilot, BBB, and Google Business Profile. 
Their work focused on driving qualified traffic, improving conversion rates, recovering lost sales through email automation, and strengthening our online presence and credibility.

1. For PPC, they help us achieved 8.45x ROAS
2. For email marketing, they help us recover more than $100,000 in revenue YoY.
3. For landing page to application form conversion rate, they increased it from 35% to 76% in one year. 
4. For online reputation management, they help us get rated 4.7, 4.6 and 4.1 in Google My Business, Truspilot, and BBB.
