How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

They have given us an insightful project cost, task scope, and roadmap after carefully examining our project. The business also possessed the resources we need for the creation of the ERP system. That's why we made the decision to work with 0 Scale.

Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.

The creation and customisation of the Odoo ERP system and the integration of BI for analytics and data visualisation were the two main outputs for this project. The 0 Scale team examined the Odoo business model to ensure that it fully matched the operational procedures of our organisation. The 0 Scale team created bespoke dashboards for several Tableau report kinds, integrated multiple data sources to the ERP system for data visualisation, and created a BI connector for the connection with Odoo.

At 0 Scale, we collaborated with a solid, committed team. We possess: a business analyst and project manager, backend and frontend engineers, quality assurance professionals, and a user experience designer and a consultant for business intelligence.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We can discuss a few practical results that are right now helpful to us. The departments of sales, finances, logistics, and other departments' procedures have already been organised and optimised, making it feasible to manage these activities "under one roof" of an ERP system.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

I didn't need to handle the project all that much. Both developers were independent and had strong skills. Due to our time difference, we used Slack to interact, and the crew was VERY responsive, even after hours.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I was pleasantly surprised that our side didn't need to provide any project management or hand-holding. This gives them a competitive edge over other manufacturers who need extremely stringent specifications, especially when combined with their knowledge of Android development.

Additionally, we were VERY pleased with their flexibility with regard to the contract's phrasing. During the contract negotiations, our legal staff was insistent about making certain adjustments, and at one point I felt the battle was over. So I was pleased, relieved, and impressed when 0 Scale met our needs.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

None, they are absolutely perfect in their work.

I am the CEO of Casey Tech, an IT-related digital marketing platform.

For what projects/services did your company hire 0 Scale?

To create a unique platform for the US market, we hired 0 Scale. We began with a discovery phase where we spoke about the goals, costs, and features of the product. After completing that, they began creating the MVP and using the Amazon AI and ML framework.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We hired a consultant to create a short list of potential employees. We were seeking for a team with experience with Hubspot and a successful track record implementing websites. We needed immediate availability of the appropriate resources and guarantees that our deadline could be completed because we were on a very tight schedule in addition to needing capacity.

Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.

A creative firm that oversaw the project planning and wireframe design of the pages was one with which we collaborated closely. With both agencies, we had a kick-off meeting to go through planning, procedure, and timing. Wireframes would be finished by the agency, reviewed by us, and then built out by 0 Scale. When the page was being built out and after the page went online, there were several rounds of review.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

Working with us was a project manager, Senior Developer, Engineer and a QA Engineer.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

After our website went up, we noticed a spike in traffic and received a lot of compliments on its layout and use. People are more aware of our capabilities and the fact that we are a worldwide corporation.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Since everyone involved in the initiative was new at the beginning, we all had a lot to learn. We had never collaborated with 0 Scale before, and neither had I, our creative agency, or our team. Along the way, we made modifications to improve efficiency. Before launch, 0 Scale and our creative agency met twice daily, and we met at least once day. Since we were collaborating across time zones, we made a schedule that kept things going.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The organisation 0 Scale is particularly focused on finding solutions, and they aggressively identify issues that need attention. It's a pleasure to work with the people.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

After each stage of our effort, we conducted a de-brief, and 0 Scale was fast to make any necessary course corrections.
