We achieved approximately 95% on-time delivery, with fewer shipping delays compared to previous imports. Their project management was organized and reliable. Communication was clear; we received regular updates throughout the shipping process, and the team responded quickly whenever we had questions. The shipment was delivered on time as planned, which helped us keep our renovation schedule on track.
