      We communicate almost on a daily basis via e-mail. To address quick inquiries, we have also established a communication channel on Slack. Before starting to work on 3 different services, we used to have regular weekly meetings to discuss the required work on our general website. We then proceeded to change our workflow for specific projects, such as the relaunching of the Intranet, to 3-4 milestone video meetings in 2-3 months to discuss the progress of the development and to exchange feedback.

We’ve recently had issues with responsiveness, but if we really need to get a hold of someone, they always accommodate us even though they’re in a different country.
