It's clear that the team takes responsibility and ownership for their deliveries, so they have direct communication with the customers in order to have questions clarified and sorted out. Thus far, we haven't ended up in a situation where we need to redo things due to bad-quality work, so Sigma Software Group's work is very straightforward and on time. I can't think of anything Sigma Software Group could improve on because our collaboration is great. In fact, I really appreciate that they're very open to new views and insights. they're always curious and willing to learn, so they always keep the door open for new technologies and new approaches. We can rely on them to always learn and adjust.
