We hired ZUMO to set up and run an SEO campaign. Our goals where to drive more organic traffic to out website in order to get in touch with more potential clients.

We selected them because they where referred to us by companies we work together. One of the main reason was also the way the communicated during the "choosing a company" phase and tried to understand our needs as a company.

They did everything for us, starting with a simple SEO Audit. Second step was the technical optimisation on our website. ZUMO having their in-house devs. made this step allot easier than we expected it to be. In a third phase they took care of on-page SEO and content optimization. Starting from moth 5 Off-Site SEO was required and they started building our backling-tree.

I was in contact only with guy which I liked allot, because we seemed to be always on the same page. He was one of the CO-Founders and SEO Expert himself.

They grew our traffic by almost 300% and we rank first or second page at google under allot of important Keywords.

I really liked their way of communication. They seem to have a really agile way of product management and were always ready to adapt or change things to better fit our needs.

It's impressive that they delivered quickly. No bla bla but real results. Also, we were always fully aware of what they are working.

No, everything was as expected to be or even better.

We selected ZUMO SEO due to their ambitions, motivation and unique package they were offering. We initially interviewed several different agencies and no other was as flexible as ZUMO SEO and could offer such an individual package.

After a discovery and analysis phase we first focused on defining the main keywords, goals and on page improvements. ZUMO SEO did a deep analysis and came up with a variety of suggestions. Based on that, a roadmap was created and the implementation started accordingly with a bi-weekly sprint review. In parallel the off page campaign started where ZUMO SEO delivers regular improvements and discovers adequate locations to place our content.

On a monthly basis, they add minor links independently and offer us some options for the major ones. The effects of the campaign are already noticeable and we are very confident to fulfill all our goals and maybe even more!

Our rankings on the major keywords improved significantly and we've optimized our Google Ads and minimized the costs per conversion.

Classic agile development (adapted scrum) with a 2 week sprint. They're flexible when it comes to tools and by default use the standard go-to options. We've establish a very open, direct and friendly communication via chat, too. Very efficient!

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their motivation and willingness to offer something most other SEO agencies don't even bother to do / go that far. Especially their efforts when it comes to a backlink strategy are hard to beat.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

For now, I'm perfectly fine with how they work!

At the start, a kickoff meeting was held where we discussed the next steps over the next few months. After that, a technical SEO was carried out on our site for the first month to optimise it for SEO. Also in the first month, On-Page SEO was used to adjust the content of the entire website and create meta descriptions. From month 2 onwards, off-page SEO in the form of backlink building will be carried out every month in addition to on-page SEO.

This ensured that our project got off to the best possible start. We greatly appreciate their interest in the delivery and the willingness that comes with it.

We faced the challenge of not havin enough visibility and traffic online and therefore we were struggling with being able to get more new clients onboarded.

How did you select ZUMO SEO and what were the deciding factors?

We found ZUMO online and got in touch with them for a first phone call. We were impressed by the knowledge they have in general and as well how precisley they were prepared for the call as they already analyzed a lot regarding our webpresence. This personal approach and the commitment they've shown from the very beginning convinced us to work with them.

In the beginning of the project they did a deep analysis of our web presence and identified the areas where improvement was needed. Afterwards they peresented us their solution which was a combination of On- and Offpage SEO and a time schedule in which each step will be done. We alweas had update meetings in a 2 week frequence, but we've also regularly been updated proactively by the project manager.

We worked with a responsible form the sales department in the first place and have been directly handed over to the project manager then who is our SPOC until today.

ZUMO helped us to have a better website in regards of relevant content as well as graphical elements and eventually helped us receiving a better Google ranking which lead to an enormous increase of leads and revenue. The traffic on our site already tripled and we expect it to become even better.

The project managment was very suitable for us as they were independently working on the project but still updated us regularly and kept us in the loop to always see what happens. The tools we used for communication were E-Mails for bigger messages, slack for daily quick chats as well as Zoom Calls for meetings.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their team's flexibility and commitment have been impressive. As we are a small company for us it was important to not be the small side project amongst other bigger and more important clients but really feel the commitment and importance. ZUMO did that from the very beginning and ongoing.

As we are happy with the collaboration and its resultsa we don't see any improvements from our perspective at the moment.

Our online sales grew by 108% in 3 month. We where on page 6 or 7 some month ago and now we are on page number 2 for the important search terms. We aims for the 1 page.

We decided to work with Zumo because they where suggested to us. Deciding factors was the price, some of the references they named us and some free analyses they did upfront before we even decided to work with them.

On a first step they analised our page. Then they started to optimize our website (backend) and the UX. After they together with us decided the keywords we want To rank.

Since our budget is limited they did not write all the texts but checked them after we sent them to them. At the moment they are building a backlink strucutre that should help us to get better rankings.

We (me and sometimes our IT guy) mainly talk to a CO-Founder which seems to be taking care off the Comunication in the company. Since he speaks english and Russian its quite comfy.

At the moment we see an increas in page visits and already have a higher conversion rate of people that actually contact us. Since we calculated the first results to be after 6 moth we are happy with the "fast results"

We have set a weekly phone call with them where they present us the work they have done and exchange documents we need from them or they need from us. I think their way of communication is on point. I like it!

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I have worked with SEO companies before so I can compare. First of all they seem to have most of their staff in Ukrain or also Russia, so I am ipressed how they manage them not letting the customer feel that they are not in one office. Also they complete the work quite fast and mostly meet the set goals for the week.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Not really...Ecpescially since they do what we pay them for - Get us more traffic and increase our rankings.
