What challenge were you trying to address with zu.agency?

We wanted to create a new website because we weren’t happy with our previous one.

What was the scope of their involvement?

zu.agency helped us create a website from scratch. Initially, we worked on the idea of what we wanted the website to be and what was important to have on it. We also worked closely with Slawosz on the graphics and UX/UI design. We provided the text and material for the website, and zu.agency helped us present it in the best possible way. They used Webflow to build the site.

I found zu.agency through a Webflow workshop. I found them as one of the members of the jury in the context of creating websites. I checked their portfolio and really liked it. I knew people in the sector recognized them, so I knew they would be good.

What is the status of this engagement?

We first contacted zu.agency in October 2024, and we started working on the project in December 2024. They delivered the website in February 2025. However, we're still in contact with them.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We had more reviews on our website, which we could check on Google Analytics. The website was much quicker, and we didn’t use as much time on it because everything was done automatically. It was also easier to use.

Moreover, the website had a great UX/UI design, so it was easier for our guests to find the relevant information they were looking for. It looked better on Google as well.

How did zu.agency perform from a project management standpoint?

zu.agency delivered on time, and everything went smoothly. They responded within 1–2 hours. We communicated through emails, phone calls, and Microsoft Teams.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They were really good at what they did, and the website was perfect. They responded quickly and gave great feedback to our comments. I would also like to highlight their friendliness; they were happy to help us if we had any problems.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, there weren’t any. I used to work with other agencies, and zu.agency highlighted a lot compared to others. Everything went very smoothly, and the quality of work was super high.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Be open to their ideas and collaborate with them. It’s important to collaborate because the work will be the best. zu.agency listens to feedback.

I’m the business development manager for Video in Person, a product used in the banking, insurance, and healthcare sectors for remote customer use cases. I’m responsible for providing new sales opportunities and marketing our product. We're a custom software development agency.

What challenge were you trying to address with zu.agency?

We needed zu.agency to help us with the development of our Video in Person website. Our previous WordPress website wasn’t working satisfactorily anymore, so we needed to build our new website from scratch. We also needed their help with a branding refresh.

What was the scope of their involvement?

zu.agency has helped us completely change our product’s branding, including creating new logos, color schemes, fonts, and a brand book. They’ve also developed our website from scratch using Webflow.

During the discovery phase, we had a couple of meetings with zu.agency’s team. We discussed in depth the problems we faced with our previous website and what we wanted to achieve with the new one. zu.agency has given us feedback on what we need to have on the website and what’s possible in the short and long term.

So far, we’ve also analyzed our competitors' branding and concluded that our branding was lacking in some areas. Therefore, we’ve included a refresh of our entire branding in the scope of work. zu.agency has given us suggestions and options on how we could refresh our branding. We’ve chosen the boldest option in terms of color scheme.

One of the core features of our new website is to make content changes. We can add new content and edit existing content, including blog articles, graphics, and text. zu.agency has set up the website so that I can make changes myself, even though I’m not an expert in Webflow.

They’ve also helped us with some small integrations. We use HubSpot as our CRM, and we wanted all the contact forms and chatbots on our website to be automatically integrated with our CRM. zu.agency has helped us set that up. They have provided a lot of suggestions and handled hosting.

During the discovery phase, we worked with three teammates from zu.agency, including Igor, the managing director. Once we got to the development phase, we mainly worked with the UI/UX designer and the frontend developer.

How did you come to work with zu.agency?

Our CEO met Igor at a previous event in Poland. They maintained contact, and we eventually started to work with zu.agency.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve spent between €17,000–€20,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with zu.agency in June 2024. However, we have a continuous support collaboration with zu.agency. They recently did a maintenance update in line with some EU regulations that needed to be implemented. If we have any support questions, we can always reach out to them.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The website has been finished and up and running since January 2025. Our website traffic has improved by roughly 50% compared to our old website. We’ve been able to add around 20 new content items very quickly, whereas in the past, it took us a long time to add new content.

Moreover, our website is so much easier and faster to manage that it’s saving me two hours a week. Instead of having to deal with website issues, it’s working as it should. We’ve also seen an uptick of around 15%–20% in the number of leads gathered. Overall, our website is much faster and more usable for visitors.

It’s also better designed as a sales website to gather lead information from our customers. If I compare it to our previous website on WordPress, it's a huge difference.

It has all been very good, because we don't have that knowledge in-house. We're very happy with what they've recommended.

How did zu.agency perform from a project management standpoint?

zu.agency has met deadlines and stayed on budget. We use Slack and email for quick communication. For video meetings, we use Microsoft Teams. From a project management standpoint, we use Figma and Miro boards. In fact, zu.agency has prepared all of the screens in Figma, and we use Miro boards as an overview for project management in terms of tasks and deadlines.

What did you find most impressive about them?

zu.agency’s knowledge and expertise in all areas are impressive. The UI/UX designer has quickly understood the branding refresh that our product needs. zu.agency’s team is very fast in responding and helping us. They’re also able to translate our ideas into technical implementations very quickly.

Are there any areas they could improve?

There's nothing for zu.agency to improve. Overall, we’re very pleased with them.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Be straightforward and say exactly the goal you want to achieve. From there, zu.agency is very capable of coming up with solutions on how to best achieve that goal. Don’t get too stuck on the technical details. Explain clearly what your ultimate goal is. You'll see zu.agency is very capable of providing different options for you to achieve your goals.

We worked with the agency on creating a complete visual identity for our new brand and designing & developing a fully responsive website. The scope included brand discovery workshops, logo and color palette design, selection of typography, and creating brand guidelines. On the web side, they prepared wireframes, designed the UI, and developed the website using a CMS that allows us to easily manage content on our own. Key deliverables included:

The Dilemma is paragraph podcast in urban space, which guide gamers through the city, showing them historical events and lives of past residents in an ambience blending fantasy and thriller. Zu.agency successfully delivered a web application for the game. They took care of the development, the functionality of the website and graphic consistency. Zu.agency met all the assumptions we wanted and, moreover, they showed us opportunities to improve the game, that we were not aware of.
