I’m the CEO and Founder of Zonddi, a furniture design company.

What challenge were you trying to address with Zora Digital?

I needed someone to develop our website which is the image of our business.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Zora Digital developed our website. They included e-commerce functionality so our customers could shop online. Each product page features a description. The client can also see different perspectives or views of the product as well as different finishes. They intelligently and professionally placed all the information, pictures, and descriptions. 

We’re still working on the marketing campaign with them. We plan to continue working with them.

There were 5-6 people I was in contact with.

How did you come to work with Zora Digital?

They were referred to me and I’m very happy with my choice. The way we work is very professional, friendly, and collaborative.

How much have you invested with them?

We invested $10,000 for the website and $15,000 for the marketing so far.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in August 2020 and it's ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

I’m very happy with the website. They did a fantastic job understanding our needs and expressed them professionally on our website.

We’ve been getting a lot of compliments already about the website and the new image from the very first week. They improved the professional image in the industry for us. We have a few orders already and we’re brand new. Some companies in the industry are interested in doing business with us.

How did Zora Digital perform from a project management standpoint?

Communication between our teams is very good. They are always ready for questions or whatever we needed. They’re always helpful and very friendly in collaborating with us.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They have a professional understanding of the development of the project. I’m very happy with the results.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I don’t have any issues with them. During the whole process, they were ready to help us to resolve any arising issues.
