What challenge were you trying to address with Zoltis Technologies?

We needed support with our help desk. We wanted to reduce our missed calls and effectively reach our existing and prospective customers.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Zoltis Technologies buttressed our screening process by managing our phone line. The team kept a log of our calls, reviewed our potential prospects, and forwarded job calls to our supervisor.
