What challenge were you trying to address with Zoftify?

We needed support to build a new UI/UX for our established website, both desktop and mobile, and to design our new travel funnels to reposition the brand as a European travel booking platform alongside the existing media focus.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Zoftify has designed and developed our new UI/UX. The core deliverables have been platform specifications, travel customer journey maps, Figma wireframes and screen designs, Figma UI kits, Figma clickable prototypes, tech architecture in the form of diagrams, and a development roadmap. Zoftify has delivered each of these over a six-week period. We have weekly meetings to review work and sign off on each stage, and we actively collaborate in Figma.

We work with three teammates from Zoftify.

How did you come to work with Zoftify?

We found Zoftify through an online search for a travel software agency. Zoftify fit our brief of a small but experienced agency that only worked with travel clients and specialized in developing software solutions for consumer-facing brands.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with Zoftify in April 2025, and our engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Each deliverable is signed off at completion. We're still implementing the new UI/UX, so we don't have any quantitative results yet.

How did Zoftify perform from a project management standpoint?

We use Slack for day-to-day communication and have weekly phone calls. Zoftify's project management and communication are first-class. Every promise is kept, every deadline is met, and our collaboration is smooth and highly professional. The quality of work is excellent, enabling us to sign off very quickly and keep the momentum of the project.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Unlike many other agencies, Zoftify's combination of quality work delivered on time with clear and focused communication is very refreshing.

Are there any areas they could improve?

There's nothing Zoftify could improve on. As we told the team at the end of our last project, we're extremely impressed with how the project was handled, and we'll definitely work with Zoftify again on future projects. The brief is delivered exactly as described, and there are no negative outcomes or problems.

• Bugs were fixed very quickly and efficiently.
• The requirements were implemented quickly and in good quality in each case.

The communication mainly took place via Slack. What I really appreciated were the quick response times to requests and the quality of the implementation. But what I appreciated even more was the openness of the project manager. He always gave us open and transparent feedback and also showed us alternatives if we could not implement something as desired.

Actively putting themself in the customer's shoes and trying to act in the customer's best interest. Also already made experiences (positive as well as negative) were passed on transparently, so that the customer receives an optimal basis for decision-making.

We were looking for a mobile development firm that would help us to improve our 12 tour booking mobile applications built with React Native and supported by Node.js backend.

What were your goals for this project?

The initial goal of the project was to fix several important bugs in our Android app. After developers successfully completed this task, we’ve continued our cooperation.

They’ve implemented complex features for the app (filtering, UI, push notifications) and devops. Along the way they were fixing bugs our clients were reporting in Appstore and Google play reviews.

Our apps have more features, less bugs and significantly improved performance. Also guys have improved our crash-free statistics (from 91% to ~99.95%)

We hired Zoftify to refine and improve our existing cross-platform business app. We don't have our own specialists of that profile and experience increasing demand in the development of our app so the company decided to hire outsource professionals.

What were your goals for this project?

We needed to add new functionality as well as improve stability and usability of our mobile app. Also we wanted to improve our app's ratings by making it better in every possible way based on our users' reviews.

How did you select this vendor?

I had been looking for a new mobile development team since we started to have difficulties with our previous one. It took me 2 months and several interviews with different teams and team managers to find and select Zoftify as our new outsouce mobile development team. My decision was based on perfect business communication from this team and also on the highest ratings of my colleagues that have previously worked with these guys.

Once we managed to agree on legal terms we held several discovery meetings, and after that the team presented us with detailed roadmap of future development along with very helpful suggestions about core functionality and stability improvements.

What was the team composition?

Initially we we given two PMs, each one always having been up to date, two developers and one QA engineer. Due to our increasing demands the team easily expanded to six developers and two QAs, the working processes and inter-teams communications were seamlessly incorporated into our workflow.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

After few releases we and our users noticed great improvements in all the desired areas. We started to get two stars higher grades in reviews, also we were able to gather internal feedback using newly integrated Crashlytis service and much more. New functionality always worked as intended, no problems or major bugs in new releases whatsoever.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Both PMs are very responsive, proactive and friendly, the team works even on day-offs when it's absolutely necessary to meet the strict deadlines and delivers the best results I ever saw. We have no problems organizing any amount of meetings, both regular and ad-hoc, also we communicate in Slack in most effective ways possible.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The levels of professionalism and Client-orientation are unparalleled. Zoftify has become not only our trusted outsouce developers but our good friends and colleagues.

Are there any areas for improvement?

There were some minor delays at the beginning of our interaction but it was mostly due to our own lack of documentation so the team had to discover much of the internal workings of our app by themselves, which they managed to do perfectly and came up with very helpful improvements in app architecture, increases in speed and other optimizations.

The app made by zoftify has 10K downloads on ios 15K on Android. Almost no technical crash reports, no unknown bugs.

Our contact with them joined our Discord following our demand. He uses it the way we asked him. The way they manage the project inside the team has never been our concern.

They are very good at design and have been able to have a good pace and rapid delivery on demand. Also when we reported urgent things to change and fixes, they have alwqys responded in time.

We could maybe have more regular updates on the advancement level of the project during its development times.
