I am the IT Manager at the Bakewell Biscuits Pvt Ltd. and am responsible for managing the complete IT solutions and integration of the Company. Our company is involved with the Foods and Beverages industry and is mostly working for good quality Biscuit and Cookies manufacturing. We had a long list of client base to cater and to manage our work efficiently, we wanted a compreshensive ERP and CRM system which could be operated through Mobile App to give the required access during mobility

On more research, I identified that they are having good background and reviews from previous clients which made it easy for me to select them and it proved to be a great decision for my IT needs

The Project was long and lengthy and the team exceeded my expectations by giving quick solutions to any bottlencecks we faced. The project took around 12-13 months to complete. It was extensively tested in last 2-3 months that ensured that the product is completed bug free.

The team is using many tools which helps in better delivery:

• Basecamp for Project management
• GitHub for source code sharing
• SVN for version control
• Time Doctor software to check regular working of the developers
• Skype, Phone, Email, Zoom Meeting, Google Meet etc... for Communication

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The most unique thing was the company worked as if they own the product. If anything was not possible they were finding alternate solutions. Also any new updates to market or technologies were well factored and scope was adjusted to keep the App current as per market trends

Everything they did was perfect. I cannot ask for anything more

At the beginning of each task, the team took time to communicate design, features, and deadlines to ensure we were on the same page. The developer worked quickly, and if there was a glitch or bug, they were quick to fix it.

They delivered all the database requirements, tables, stored procedures, indexes, and application layers. They also integrated the app with third-party APIs like chart.js and D3.js.

They provided a skilled web developer, a designer, and a QA tester. Their team worked well from start to finish.

We built our business solution with this app. It's a professional, highly responsive tool that loads quickly. We sold it to several clients who used that specific ERP.
