Company needed a new website and a phone application that would work on Android and Apple phones. We also needed an administrative portal that would allow the company to manage rides from the vehicle.

This company is incredible with project management and time management. Not only did they work to understand the business needs up front, but they regularly communicated the status. There were never any surprises or issues that came up. The company did a great job of always being prepared and managing expectations up front.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

My team was very impressed with their engineering skills. They are extremely talented. Their communication skills were also extremely helpful. However, above and beyond, they are fantastic consultants. There were several times whenI thought we needed something and the company representative suggested an alternative that was much better and lower cost than my original request.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Zlato Technolabs could have done differently?

None at all. Over the past year, this team has become an extension of my own company and true partners.
