We jointly developed a custom case management system designed to replace and complement a legacy solution. In addition, we created a beta version of a member portal. The collaboration involved multiple weekly meetings throughout the year, detailed requirements documentation, shared project management, code reviews, testing, and performance monitoring. The software featured advanced geocoding capabilities, location-based filtering, workflow automation, and several API integrations, among other key functionalities.

The project was delivered on time, meeting all business requirements and without major bugs.

From a business perspective, Zillion Infotech has produced software that meets all business needs despite limited budget and timelines. From a technical perspective, some team members could improve in areas such as object-oriented programming, code re-usability and code maintainability. From a communications perspective, even though there are excellent seniors in the team, some junior developers need to improve their communication skills.
