We needed a website redesign and relaunch in two stages, with the first stage on an aggressive timeline.   Zero Negative worked with us to flesh out our design preferences and content for the initial design including adjustments to our branding.  Following the initial launch, they worked with us to design and develop the rest of the website including guidance on content, test, design, and interactions.

Zero Negative built a custom, extremely unique, quality-focused website for our company. As you would expect from a professional and collaborative design studio, the project went through multiple phases.

1. You will start with a very hands-on approach where Zero Negative will spend considerable time getting to know your brand, vision, and target audience, getting to the depth of the company.
2. Then we transitioned to illustrations, UI design, mockups, and creative concepts. Zero Negative's expertise and creativity really makes this process quite enjoyable getting to see how they bring your vision to life.
3. UX prototyping & design alignment are the third step before development work begins.
4. Zero Negative then make the design a reality, and handles all of the testing for performance and reliability.
5. The final step is deployment and optimization. The team was extremely collaborative throughout the entire process, very open to adjustments along the way, and delivered a beautiful final product.

It's nearly impossible to find companies like Zero Negative anymore where passion, quality, and a drive to be unique in the marketplace is at the heart of the company. Most design studios are bland and impersonal, and will work with anyone to continue to churn out websites in a factory type approach. Their teammates are true unicorns in the field of design and development; we instantly knew it was the right fit.

Zero Negative completed a project for me that involved designing my company's website and mobile app UI. The project went through several stages.

Discovery and Research: At the start of the project, Zero Negative took the time to understand my company's goals, target audience, and any specific features or functionalities that we wanted on our website and mobile app.

They also worked to understand our brand identity to create a design that was consistent with our brand. Wireframing and Prototyping: After gathering the necessary information, Zero Negative created a basic wireframe or prototype of the website and app layout. This was essentially a rough sketch of how the pages or screens would be arranged and how each element would function.

Design: Once the wireframe was approved, Zero Negative moved on to the design stage. They created a visual representation of our website and mobile app that accurately reflected our brand identity. This included selecting color schemes, typography, and graphics.

Development: After finalizing the design, Zero Negative began the development process. They turned the design into a fully functional website and mobile app, which involved coding, testing, and integrating any additional features or functionalities that we required.

At times communication could have been better, some minor miscues with deliverables that extended efforts but I'm confident would be identified and simple fixes if we worked on another similar project.

For each redesign, there were a series of information gathering calls where Zero Negative asked us about our company background and our objectives in having this work done. Following that, they took a week or two to construct drafts of the redesign - which then offered feedback on. Once the design was fully to our liking. They prepared the final version.

I needed help with developing my website.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Zero Negative has helped me develop two websites for my company. The first one is a temporary one, and they’re now working on developing the second site, which will be bigger and better. Initially, I provided them with some guidance and content, but they built everything else from scratch, using WordPress and WooCommerce as the main technology platforms. In addition to web development, Zero Negative also helped me set up my Google and Facebook accounts, and they’re helping me with my online advertising using those platforms.

Thanks to Zero Negative’s work, I’m now seeing more orders and sales coming through my temporary website, so I’m sure that the new one will work great because it will be even better.

How did Zero Negative perform from a project management standpoint?

Zero Negative’s performance has been very good. Their work is always delivered on time, and every delay has been on my side. Additionally, their team is very professional, and they answer my questions and provide information very promptly.

Max is a very good listener, and we have a great connection. Whenever I tell them my ideas, he comes back with a deliverable and gets it right on the first try all the time. We communicate via Zoom, FaceTime, and Messenger.

What did you find most impressive about them?

The connection between Zero Negative and me is impressive; they always get what I want. I’ve never had to iterate on their work repeatedly nor keep explaining myself. Whenever I tell them I want something, they give me various options and suggestions, and they deliver perfect work most of the time.
