I'm the founder of an e-commerce clothing business selling luxury activewear directly to the consumer, with freely available content on the website that is accessible by the general public.

We needed a website to launch an e-commerce business. As a new business, we don’t have any in-house developers. We needed a team capable of producing a website, for a luxury online retail brand, that can also accommodate a lot of content.

This involved developing various versions of websites for us over a period of time, as well as a unique way to communicate the increasing content. It included a customized WordPress site and a shopify site. This allowed for a fast user-friendly website across all kinds of devices that also looked sleek.

Vendor was selected after assessing multiple options. After much deliberation, it was the skill coupled with the creativity and past work of this vendor that was the deciding factor to go with a custom developed website.

They were initially recommended by a friend who had done numerous projects with them before.

We had various meetings over the course of a few months to discuss the vision and various objectives. As a first round to the project, the team had come up with a WordPress site with a unique feature for adding new content over time.

Second round deliverables included a functioning e-commerce site accompanied by a WordPress website for the content.

I did not handle the team on developer’s side so I cannot say how many people worked on the project exactly. I dealt with 2 people from their team, and that was the CEO and their COO. Each side has a point of contact dealing with the finer details . Everything ran smoothly.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The measurable outcome would be a functioning website that is fast and looks professional at all times. The website produced has by far exceeded expectations. No regrets. Will think twice before using anybody else. The project was an enjoyable experience for all involved with an outcome that we are all proud of.

They would always answer any questions, and were happy to set up meetings ad hoc if anything came up. The product received so far has exceeded all expectations. They did not just “develop” a website. They helped to create and execute a vision.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

These guys don’t only have a creative touch, but take the time to educate their clients fully about the website and all its functionalities.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Honestly cannot think of thing. They've truly gone above and beyond in their service.

I am the Director of Operations for Mayfair Global Brands. Mayfair Global Brands is a private equity firm specialising in alternative assets. We build and invest in companies turning their brands into world-leading profitable assets.

We needed two websites built. One for our CBD brand and one for our skincare brand. We had several quotations but all of them were completely outrages for the job. I needed quality work done, in a short time with a reasonable budget and I new ZEREFLAB could deliver so I recommended them to the Chairman and Brand Manager of my company (both of whom are very meticilous) and they agreed.

I turned to ZEREFLAB because of my previous experience with them years prior when they built me my own online magazine and my own gaming app. My magazine is the most beautiful digital magazine I have scene. Completely bespoke. My gaming app was literally what I imagined. It was like they could read my mind without me even saying what I needed. I knew they would deliver and hey did!

We had an initiation meeting, followed by weekly sometime daily meetings. They gave us twice daily reports for the first few weekys followed by daily reports until the job was completed. Their Managing Director, audited their staff's work and ensured that our project was the best quality possible.

Our Chairman, Director of Operations, Practice Director, CEO, Brand Manager, Regional Sales Manager and Operations Manager worked with ZERFLAB on an ongoing basis. This includes me so 7 people.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Our website was delivered on time, within budget, and was easily found on Google with secret shoppers commenting favourably on user-friendliness in the most positive of terms. Their marketing skills allowed us to expand our leads and brand in leaps and bounds week-to-week.

Their were regular updates on progress. The project manager was in contact with us and supervised his staff to make sure what we wanted was delivered. He even got into the work himself where to give extra support in tough spots. We really appreciate him for this!

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

ZEREFLAB'S attention to details is immense and only matched by their personal touch. I could reach out to them any time and it would be alright and when finished I felt safe knowing they had our backs and would deliver the result. Not only deliver it but deliver it swiftly.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

When we were first launched there some minor adjustments that had to be made but nothing major and they made the changes withou any fuss.

I am CEO of a full service Digital Marketing Agency with a diversified portfolio of clients. We offer Media Buying Services to Direct To Consumer Ecommerce Brands in the Americas, Europe, and the Middle East.

We were looking for high performance portfolio website that can match our brand voice and also help us with squeeze pages and lead capturing. At first we tried building the website inhouse but the results were not satisfactory. We were still missing the necessary responsiveness and speed optimization required to hit our KPIs.

We decided to outsource our website development to ZEREFLAB. They were extremely focused on our needs of performance optimization and CRO. We helped ZEREFLAB with adequate copywriting and they managed to build the website for us exactly like we wanted.

At first we had multiple meetings with UX/UI team of ZEREFLAB to clarify what is missing in our current website and how they can help us with the deliverables. At first ZEREFLAB provided us with multiple options of wireframe.

After selection, they helped us with the customization and visual assets for the website. They delivered the first version for our review within 2 weeks. After 3 iterations, we locked our website and ZEREFLAB helped us with CRO.

We were assigned a project manager who was helping us with client services. One UX/UI Designer and Wordpress Developer helped us with the development. One QA Executive helped us with Quality Assurance. One CRO Executive helped us with performance optimization.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

After launching our new website, Our Largest Contentful Paint dropped to 1.2 Seconds which was previously above 4 seconds. It helped us improve our speed optimization from 5 seconds to 2.1 seconds. Our conversion rate went up by 50%. Our site structure score improved from 45% to 90%.

ZEREFLAB was using Workspace by Facebook for communication. We were assigned separate groups for different departments and had access to communicate directly with the team members. The timelines were shared in pdfs.

I commend their dedication to helping their clients where they possibly can. They helped us with 4 iterations for free of charge.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

There were some minor bugs but the team later resolved everything we reported.

I’m the founder of No Limits VZW, an events management system. We offer an education platform that can be accessed worldwide for learning tools.

We needed someone to develop our event management platform.

What was the scope of their involvement?

They developed our event management platform. The platform manages presentations, tutorials, and video trainings. We work with several other platforms in the digital marketing world who specialize in trading, cryptocurrency, and more. 

The goal is to make it easy for the client to know what the platforms do, how they do it, and if they’re doing it well. The basic website is ready. I’m working with them now for the admin panel.

I have one primary point of contact.

I was referred to them by a friend. We had a Zoom call and I had a very nice talk with Syed (CEO). He was honest and direct.

How much have you invested with them?

We spent around $5,000-$10,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in January 2019 and the work is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The platform looks very good. It’s almost done and I’m very happy with it. It will help us a lot to develop further and grow globally. I’m planning on doing other work with them because this project was so successful. I will surely introduce them to some colleagues of mine who also want to start their online business.

They’re very communicative. They listened and did what we wanted them to do. They’re very reachable. When I need them, I just call them and even if they aren’t available at that moment, they send me a message with what time they can call back.

No, there’s nothing they can improve at this point. It’s going the way I want it to.
