With the business expansion, we needed to revamp our website and create a site with holistic view on the offerings.

We were browsing and enquiring several agencies and found ZenSite to be more well-rounded and able to meet our deadline within our budget.

We first briefed them about our goals and shared several references. They were proactive in preparing the wireframe and started prepping the necessary backend. Once final content and images were ready, they quickly helped replace it for the site to be live on time. Post site being live, they continued to support us for several months for other campaigns to help ensure we meet our deliverable timeline by getting additional pages up and helped with setting some tracking through GA.

We liaise directly with the founder and seo writer. To my understanding, there is also an art director involved but I'm sure they've other teammates involved too.

After about 6 months of page live, our seo ranking were pretty good. Overall easy to navigate.

We mainly communicated through emails, followed by Microsoft teams. They're responsive and pretty accommodating to support us.

Perhaps a more structured and simple feedback gathering with a holistic view on all the changes request from the beginning but it was manageable. Potentially a more thorough educational handover for us to be more independent could be helpful too.

We were a bootstrapped start up that handled all v1 designs in house on a tight budget. None of us are design professionals. So once the business started making good money, we sent an email out to our users and Zensite were one of many that replied. After a few zoom calls, and some samples from them, we felt really great about engaging with them.
