We have been working with the vendor since 2012 on recurring legal and other translation of documentation. Each year, we submit almost dozen documents for translation, including contracts, cover letters, update documents, track changes and clauses that are translated mostly from English, Czech and Slovak to Czech, Slovak and Russian.

100% of main-stage sessions covered in English via headsets, with uninterrupted delivery and no schedule impact attributable to interpreting.

Workshop accessibility ensured on the day via whisper interpreting (chuchotage) for an English-speaking participant, even though workshop interpreting was not originally planned.

Positive organizer and attendee feedback; no complaints regarding audio quality, timing, or comprehension.

Smooth AV integration (clean sound checks, stable audio levels) and effective two-interpreter rotation aligned with speaker pacing.
