We were looking for a mobile application which is primarily for children and school students.Since , our target customers are children,we wanted the application to be visually appealing and easier to use.We submitted our requirement sheet with the Zartek Product development team.They converted our requirement sheet into a standardized sheet and held discussions with my team to discuss more about the Product.Product Manager in Zartek was so helpful that he communicated the technical requirement to us in a simple manner.Therefore,we started the project with Zartek Technologies.There were weekly and monthly project update call in which the Project Manager briefed us about the work developments till date.Finally the product was delivered within the stipulated time.I have good rapport with the Client Relationship Manager of Zartek that he is the SPOC for the application now.

We could confidently say that Quizz Nation application was a success.Children are now using this mobile application rather than the website which was used earlier.In a business aspect,this application is a good source of revenue for us.We have leased our application services to all the leading schools and tuition centres.Thus,it helped us gaining a momentum in our revenue amidst the crisis of pandemic.We are now partnering with a leading entrance coaching institute to deliver services to students preparing for NEET and JEE,using this application interface.

We had a good time working with Zartek Technologies.Project Manager who was responsible for coordinating the app development was very cordial.We were given a proforma which consist the scope of work and the timeline for delivering each work.We had internal calls with Zartek weekly and monthly to discuss about the progress of the app development.Therefore,there was no communication gap between us and Zartek Technologies. The project team used some advanced methodology to track their work. Thus, overall leading to a good service.

It will be their role as an advisory from the initial stage of application development to final deployment of app.Apart from providing ther service that we have contracted for,Zartek communicated to us the latest trends in application technology and we have adopted their instructions too.Thus,overall functionality of our application has manifolded.

Nothing to mention as such,but it will be good if they were able to use the Artificial Intelligence technology in the game section in our quiz application.

This application helped in showcasing enormous quanties of products as services and a customer could narrow down his choices based on filters.Our sales had an exponential growth after the implementation of this application.Thus, we are planning to tie up with Zartek for developing a new software for our agri products.
