I am Pan European Strategic Marketing Manager

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

For what projects/services did your company hire Your Next Agency, and what were your goals?

Our website was using an updated platform which prevented us to do SEO or any improvements. We hired Your Next Agency to design and develop a brand new website. They also developed a new "in house" catalogue system as we were using an iframe from an external supplier before. They are currently working on developing our website further but also on other projects which we have in the pipeline.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We made a brief and interview 4 agencies. The deciding factors were design proposed (user journey), the CMS used (future proof) and costs.

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.

The first step was to agree on a design. Our website is hosting several countries and languages so the CMS had to take this into consideration. Once design was agreed, development started. We had weekly calls with Your Next Agency to follow each step of the project. They are really well organised and knowledgeable in terms of dealing with open issues and coming up with solutions. We also had some part of the project which were out of scope, which they worked on in an efficient manner.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

Karens was our main contact for the development team and Thomas from the design team. We are also in touch with the rest of the team via a portal where we log all our change requests and issues (Sergey, Tatyana are very much involved in solving these)

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

It is still early to compare old vs new as we have just launched the last countries. But overall, the website is much more user friendly and our customers love it.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

By having one key person (Karens), it made the process much more efficient. Karens was committed to not only develop a good website for us but to also look at suggestions and improvements which we did not think about. Karens was available for a call every week and still is available on request for any topics we want to discuss.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Speed, efficiency, technical knowledge. They were knowledgeable and customer-oriented.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Costs control / budgeting (although a lot of what they did was out of scope from original requirements).
