The last company i worked with failed to build us a quality website. Our customers had complained about the website being too slow and not being responsive on phones. We hired them to redesign it and build us a fast and responsive website from a sales point of view.

Job Done. They not only built us a fast website with a great design but it has also improved the form fill out on our website.

We had a few initial phone calls after which I was certain that they were the team for the job. After strategizing the project with me they took control of the project while I took the backseat. They used to give me weekly reports and delivered the project on time. I suggested a few changes that were made quickly and we went live.

We were impressed by how highly technical they are.

Not that i can think of.

How did you select this vendor?

In this case, we selected this vendor because they were responsive, hungry, well-priced, and communicated an ability to actually deliver what they promised. We get approached by web development vendors on a near daily basis, but most either want to charge WAY too much or they promise the moon, but inspire little confidence that they can actually deliver.

We interviewed these guys. We asked probing questions to test the breadth and experience of their team. We requested a lot.

• Completely new design of our website.
• Wrote the code for everything.
• Also designed and wrote the code for two new landing pages.
• They took care of all of the integration with our hosting company and email provider.
• Development of a content management system in WordPress to make it reasonably easy for us to add pages and update content.

What was the team composition?

Our primary point of contact was a man by the name of Aditya, but it was clear he was working with a team of designers and coders.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

The most readily identifiable impact is that our site is now mobile friendly, which makes it more attractive to Google. We don't yet have any feedback from customers.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

Our primary point of contact was a man by the name of Aditya, but it was clear he was working with a team of designers and coders.

In my opinion, this is an area where they can improve. I don't know that I ever had a roadmap of what the steps would be, when they would be done and who would be responsible for what. Our project took way too long. Some of that is on us. We didn't always turn stuff around in a timely fashion. However, much, IMO, is on Your Hustler.

They were always responsive via email, but sometimes it would take a long time for something to get done. Other times steps would need to be redone many times due to errors and poor quality control on their end. I am told they have terminated some of those people involved and that it is better now.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

First and foremost, they keep their word. This should be a given with all companies, but we all know it's not. I am happy to say that Your Hustler did everything they promised to do.

I was a very demanding client. I suspect they put in far more work than they originally anticipated in order to meet their deliverables under our fixed priced agreement - and yet they did it. They did it all. That was very important to me, especially after I paid the final installment before some of the work was done. Thank you Your Hustler for being honest and reliable.

This company also does good work. I believe they did some very creative work in my coding. They were not only familiar with the most modern web design principles, but also adept at coding them. I am happy with the site they built. It is fast, mobile responsive, engaging, professional, slick and modern.

Again, thank you Your Hustler. They were very well priced compared to other firms I felt I could rely on. Sure, I received quotes for less money, but I didn't have any confidence that the other firms could deliver. Your Hustler delivered!

Be demanding and let your voice be heard (don't settle), but also be confident that they will respond and do what is needed to make you happy.

Are there any areas for improvement?

By way of fairness and full disclosure, perhaps the only thing negative I might say is that the entire process took much longer than it should have. Some of that was on me, some of that was on them. Their quality control was also lacking initially before they fired the primary coder and replaced him. After that, everything was done well.

I choose this company among their competitors because The employees are very professional, creative and great to work with. I personally work with Aditya, who was very helpful. He ans his team did a fantastic job with my website.

We had a online interview, where Aditya described his proposal for the project. He asked what I would like my website to look like and we started working from then. When they had a rough draft, I went over details with him to adjust it a bit. Then they shared a link with the finished product.

We needed help to rebrand our website.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Your Hustler, Inc. started by designing our website. They primarily used WordPress and some internal analytics tools to build the site from scratch. We initially gave them the content and some examples of what we were looking for.

We’ve gone through a couple of iterations, and they currently manage the entire website. Your Hustler, Inc. ensures the images are 4K crisp, and they have an editor to work on our content. We’ve also worked together to make the wording short, sweet, and to the point. The team helps in that process and in organizing each page’s layout.

From there, Your Hustler, Inc. has moved on to help us with online digital marketing and SEO. We’re currently running some social media marketing campaigns. They basically manage all of our social media; we work together to check the content, create a blog, and see what goes into Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. Finally, they do maintenance and hosting.

How did you come to work with Your Hustler, Inc.?

We found their profile on LinkedIn. I initially reached out because I was looking at a couple of marketing firms, but having everything in one was convenient. Overall, they were very down-to-earth and easy to talk to.

We’ve probably spent around $12,000 so far.

We’ve been working together since June 2021.

Our website went live earlier this month. So far, the site traffic has increased, but we haven’t finished the SEO and social media parts.

Moreover, Your Hustler, Inc. has translated an abstract idea into a reality, which has been instrumental. They’re learning about our business to get into our shoes, so they can listen and understand where we’re coming from. Overall, they’ve been helpful with all our digital marketing.

How did Your Hustler, Inc. perform from a project management standpoint?

Project management has been perfect. If something is going on, the team can handle it and is always available to help, so the process has been very efficient. Your Hustler, Inc. has walked us through everything. The team keeps us updated and is straightforward and clear in their communication.

Initially, we used Asana internally and shared it with them. We also have a Google spreadsheet to show all the data. Additionally, we use Zoom and Google Sheets to go back and forth.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They’ve been a great partner. The team is always ready to push things forward and move fast.

Are there any areas they could improve?

The website project took a bit longer, but it was more on our side. Since we’re focused on running a business, there were a couple of months when nothing happened because we had to pivot to work on clients. Other than that, we haven’t had issues with Your Hustler, Inc.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Get everyone aligned in scheduling and spend time upfront to calibrate the management team. Since it’s a streamlined process, you don’t have to deal with too many people.
