We retained YDM to take a headless eCommerce stack to a custom Shopify theme. This was a multi-month end-to-end project.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Successful design, development and deployment of a new custom Shopify site for one of our brands. The brand was previously running on a slow and overly complicated headless stack which was unnecessary given the Shopify offerings available. YDM built us a conversion optimized custom Shopify template that performs extremely well.

We used Basecamp daily and weekly for most communication and updates. Project Manager was assigned from day one and stayed with us throughout the project.
