I’m the director of Vida Health Services, a COVID-19 testing company.

What challenge were you trying to address with Your Brand Mate?

We needed someone to develop our website.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

We started the web development project through WordPress and the integration of third-party plugins, to implement a feature that will let customers book and schedule appointments.

They suggested we utilize PHP and automate the process so we approved it and they’ve been developing our platform through that ever since.

Customers now have a portal where they can manage their appointments, and we have a system that automatically sends them their lab reports.

How did you come to work with Your Brand Mate?

Your Brand Mate was referred to me by one of my friends, and we decided to hire them based on their competitive pricing and the solutions they presented for this project.

How much have you invested with them?

So far, we’ve invested over $1,500.

What is the status of this engagement?

Our ongoing partnership started in January 2022.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Your Brand Mate has delivered a fully-functioning website and as a result, we’re getting almost 95% of our customers through there. This in turn increased our revenue by $200,000 CAD, which is incredibly high.

How did Your Brand Mate perform from a project management standpoint?

They perform well, as they’re able to communicate with us openly and organize the project professionally.

We mainly utilize Notion as our main tool for interaction, but we normally text each other for any requirements or changes that need to be implemented.

What did you find most impressive about them?

We’re impressed with their cost-effectiveness and adherence to our timelines. They go above and beyond to understand the project well so they can deliver on their tasks.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I believe they should increase their network and reach more people.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

I advise you to first communicate with Prangela, because if he were to become your go-to person for your project, then you’ll have no worries throughout the duration of your partnership.

I lead the front-end team here at Inkoop(Draxlr). We have a platform that helps companies analyze and monitor their SQL data.

For what projects/services did your company hire Your Brand Mate, and what were your goals?

We need an Intro Video that could explain what the product is and highlight its main features.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We had seen some of Your Brand Mate's work and were impressed by it. So we reached out to them and asked if they could do this work.

Describe the video(s) and the process in detail, including the project steps and all stages of production.

The video was a motion animation. Something that could visually describe what the product is and highlight the problem it solves. Along with that something that can show off some of the main features and sections of the product.

After the initial call, Your Brand Mate team reached out to us with a Styleguide that cleared their understanding of our design guidelines. After that in a few days, we received the initial intro of the video which was quite impressive, based on that we provided some feedback. The team completed the video in a few weeks and reached back to us. After a few iterations, the work was finalized.

Who did you work with and what was the feedback process like?

We worked with Pranjal and Sudhanshu, the experience was pretty good. They understood the work properly responded to feedback on time. And made it easier to collaborate on this Project.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The video made by Your Brand Mate team was used to promote our product on ProductHunt which was received very well. Also, the video lives on the homepage of our website and helps our users understand more about our product.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

It was easy to communicate. It was each to communicate since we were on a shared slack channel. The team was responsive and available for any calls to discuss any details or issues.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They took time to understand the product very well. Since the product is quite technical and might need people with an analytics background to understand. The Your Branch Mate team took time to understand the product and our exact needs to come up with best solution.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

No, they work and the process was pretty good.
