Yoke is able to design the products based on the needs of the Catalogue. Most importantly, translating very complex technical ideas onto a website.

There were mistakes in the deliverables but it was rectified quickly.

Yoke assisted Oikocredit with a comprehensive brand refresh to update its visual identity, which had been developed in 2010. The project involved conducting a thorough brand audit, followed by stakeholder workshops and interviews to gather insights and feedback. Yoke developed a full suite of visual identity assets, including a simplified logo and other brand elements, ensuring alignment with Oikocredit's evolving identity and digital strategy.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

During the project, several key milestones were defined to ensure the successful implementation of the brand refresh. These milestones included stakeholder workshops, multiple rounds of design iterations, and approval from the relevant stakeholders. Ultimately, the most important outcomes of the project were the creation of a comprehensive brand handbook, the development of visual assets, and the finalisation of a visually appealing brand that reflects Oikocredit's evolving identity. These outcomes will serve as a solid foundation for the consistent application and future growth of Oikocredit's visual identity across all communication channels.

Yoke and their team were exceptional in managing and accommodating the complexities of this project. As a cooperative, ensuring buy-in from all levels of the organisation was a challenging aspect, but Yoke demonstrated great flexibility and adaptability throughout the process. Their excellent project management skills ensured that all deliverables were met on time and in line with our expectations. The team’s professionalism and commitment were truly commendable, and I can only offer the highest praise for their work and dedication to this project.

While there are certainly things we could have done differently on Oikocredit’s side, Yoke truly excelled in their role. They handled the project with professionalism and expertise, and despite any challenges, they delivered outstanding results. Their dedication and approach made the process much smoother, and we are very pleased with the outcome.
