With yellowHEAD, we started collaborating on the fundamental creatives required for our UA ads. As part of the overall plan, we also began collaborating with them on social media marketing, the visuals, and UGC (user-generated content) for the social media campaigns. By determining which creatives would and wouldn't work before we ever launched them, we were able to speed up the process and fine-tune our ads for optimal performance.

It definitely made a difference to have an agency handle all of the creative requirements, both static and video, and via this continuing engagement, we were able to gradually grow up the volume and various creative alternatives.

• We were able to have new, effective advertisements on several channels that had grown stale.

They really stood out for their breadth of expertise and aptitude for incorporating technology into the creative process. Their access to Alisson was a game-changer, and being able to determine what works and what doesn't even before we started the campaigns made a significant difference. We're also impressed with their team's ability to determine which creative will and won't work, allowing the company to adjust their campaigns.

Are there any areas for improvement or something yellowHEAD could have done differently?

Not that I can come up with. They are industry leaders for good reason, and we keep broadening the range of services we use them for.

We’d had recommendations from other companies in our space and after considering a few options, it was clear that yellowHEAD was best equipped to deliver concrete solutions and results.

We partnered with yellowHEAD on influencer marketing channels and worked together on Influencer Marketing projects aimed at User Acquisition. We were also looking for a team that could make UGC creatives while also running savvy campaigns on a variety of social media platforms.

yellowHEAD helped us run our campaigns effectively, which attracted a range of new clients in new verticals (such as video games and sports), allowing us to significantly grow our client base. Working with yellowHEAD simply meant peace of mind. At every stage, we could trust that the work would be done well.

Our user base grew and we expanded into new, lucrative verticals that would have been out of our reach before working with yellowHEAD.

The workflow was streamlined and communication was clear. They were easy and pleasant to work with and thanks to that, we got amazing results.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their work is consistently of high quality, so we never have to second guess what’s going on. At the same time, their regular meetings with us and detailed dashboards allow us to track campaign progress with full transparency. Whenever we had a question, we could depend on our yellowHEAD squad to respond promptly.

Our experience with them was overwhelmingly positive, so if they continue to stay on top of the latest trends and technologies, their value will just continue to grow.

For what projects/services did your company hire yellowHEAD?

As we grew our UGC and influencer marketing offerings, some of our larger clients wanted us to help them promote and amplify their content. We partnered with YellowHead to set up a digital strategy for each platform to best amplify the reach of our campaigns and make sure that the client campaigns performed amazingly well, especially the campaigns with rev share.

We had worked with them on our mobile app and were very happy with their work. Going to them for this project

After reaching out to YellowHead, we had a call with their UA and Paid Search teams to understand what we needed. As we defined the campaign and the objectives, they built out strategies for us for all campaign types and for all the platforms we operate on. They basically created a digital marketing playbook. They then ran the campaigns for the first few just to start building some traction and showing us the ins and outs, which showed amazing results for our clients.

There were always 3-4 people from the growth team and the UA team working with us to help enhance and grow the campaigns from just UGC and influencer campaigns into performance marketing campaigns.
