I’m the co-founder of Heron Watches, a company that designs and manufactures automatic watches.

We needed help fixing issues and upgrading our website.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

YavaInt Technologies fixed a complex Klaviyo and Shopify integration issue and built custom store sections that were fully functional and easy to use. The team also created interactive collection sliders.

We worked with one teammate from YavaInt Technologies.

How did you come to work with YavaInt Technologies?

YavaInt Technologies was referred to me. I chose them over other options because they were close to my geographic location, their pricing fit our budget, they had a great culture fit, they offered good value for the cost, and their company values aligned with ours.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together in February 2026.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

YavaInt Technologies fixed the integration issues, which was very important. The team also delivered a better-looking and more functional website. Our customers were satisfied with the fixes and spent more time exploring our website and interacting with the slider.

How did YavaInt Technologies perform from a project management standpoint?

YavaInt Technologies delivered on time. We communicated via email and messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive about them?

YavaInt Technologies was the only team that could fix the integration issue. The custom slider was easy to use and could be edited in-house with no code by an employee.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I can’t think of anything for YavaInt Technologies to improve.
