I’m the co-founder of MyParticipants, an end-to-end research support company specializing in participant recruitment, study execution, and research operations to help organizations efficiently conduct and manage research projects.

What was the scope of their involvement?

XQL Systems has assisted us with website and Shopify integration on our in-house tool requirements to help us optimize functionality, support business operations, and build a stronger UX. The team has worked on integrating Shopify with our in-house research tools to capture and use data more effectively. Their work has included supporting the required integrations, improving the reporting flow, and helping us generate data-backed insights for client surveys. XQL Systems has also helped build feature enhancements that improve reporting, data handling, and the overall effectiveness of the solution.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The success of the project is reflected in better system integration, more efficient reporting, and improved use of data for client surveys. The work has helped reduce manual processes, made reporting more structured, and given us stronger visibility into insights that could be used to improve survey performance for our clients. Based on our internal assessment, the project has delivered an estimated 30%–40% reduction in manual reporting effort. This has helped us save time across data consolidation and report preparation workflows while also improving the speed and efficiency with which insights can be shared with clients.

XQL Systems has delivered on time. We primarily communicate through virtual meetings, emails, and messaging apps.

What stands out most about XQL Systems is their ability to quickly understand our business needs and technical requirements, making the engagement very smooth.
