We're pleased with the deliverables from their team. The UI/UX serves as the foundation for the app we're now working to develop in-house. The project manager was easy to communicate with and provided us frequent updates. We had both in-person meetings and phone calls, but most of the feedback was through email. Everything was delivered on time and we received ample warning if a deadline wasn't going to be met.

Wew were able to launch the project early, which was a major achievement for us. Within the first three months, the solution has reduced entry errors by 75%. Their team performed so well that we decided to continue working with them to maintain the solution.

Within nearly 2 months, they delivered the first round of both iOS and Android app. They incorporated our feedback and delivered the revised version. 3 months after our apps was launched, over 1,000 downloads and achieved 5 star rating in app store and CH play. We've seen a tremendous boost in traffic since launching the app. user have commented on how easy it is to use, and their experience throughout the app journey was pretty good. We've gained new readers and visitors because of the platform that launched.
