Lemonlove is the first retailer of luxury wedding dresses and bridal accessories in Vietnam.

For what projects/services did your company hire xolve, and what were your goals?

Our business expanded to the second location in Hanoi, and we were desperate for rebranding our company, so we hired XOLVE for a complete makeover.

How did you select this vendor?

We accidentally found them on Instagram, and we were immediately impressed with their profile and project portfolio. Without hesitation, we approached them with the details, and things just kicked off from there.

To start, we scheduled a brief meeting with Xolve to discuss the company details and our expectations in terms of aesthetic taste. After the in-depth interview with us, they created an entire branding kit that includes a logo, marketing materials, and a landing page for the website.

We worked directly with the business development manager, Mr. Nghia Pham, the project manager, Ms. Linh Phan, and the creative director, Mr. Khoa.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

All marketing materials really resonate with the brand spirit, value, and image. We received lots of compliments as well as traffic on social media channels.

I am a partner at New Deli Tea. New Deli specializes in milk tea/ tea products, which target urban cities in Vietnam. Our mission is to provide high quality tea products at an affordable price, moreover, a happy and exciting destination for young generation.

Our business did not have any branding element besides a logo, and we were looking for a rebranding project. We hire xolve to do a full scope of rebranding including brand strategy, brand identity, and brand applications (stationary, operational, and marketing collaterals). Our goal is to have a brand guide in order to help us to tell an appealing story, also, to create opportunities for franchising.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor?

We found 4 companies for selection, which are rice, xolve, thelab and bratus. However, xolve is within our range of pricing. Therefore, we select xolve.

At the beginning, xolve interviews our key members, which include me and my partner. After that, xolve spends 1 week to research and to develop moodboard and strategy. xolve spend another week to finalize on brand strategy which includes mission, vision, story, brand voice, brand attributes, and brand positioning. When we finalize strategy, xolve moved to create logo options for the first round, which they present 5 options and each option has a story. After we pick 1 option, we modify a few things based on font and color. Then, xolve moved to producing applications and brand guideline. The total process is quite long because we made a lot of feedback. All the final deliverables are handed on time and we were really happy with the final result.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

After finishing the rebranding process, our team has a clear vision and a brand guide to follow. It was really helpful because our designers know what to follow when they produce any poster or campaign. It also helps attract new customers, and the current customers were really excited about the change we made.

The timeline they provide is really precise, and xolve did not miss any deadline. Communication is great, pm always kept us updated.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Customer service, style and everything. I was never unhappy at any moment in this project.

Head of Strategy of Hoang Dung Company - A 30 year-old family business- focus on retailing fertilizer products in Vietnam

The traditional family business needs to be digitalized and re-branded after 25 years

Through research and personal referral. I was impressed by their portfolios

First the BD manager set up the meeting, to meet in person with me and the CEO to discuss about the overall needs of re-branding. BD gave us a lot of insights, drawing from his expertise when working with other clients on how should we approach this re-branding processes. Next up is just contract- detail discussion.

Then we came into the office so Xolve team can present us the first round of logo. We actually had 2 rounds in order to select the most fitting logo for us. The final deliverables include - Logo, Brand guides, Lots of marketing appliations.

Definitely a success since we're in the process of re-branding the business

We had a common group chat between me (PIC of this re-branding project) and 2 members of Xolve. Timeline was shared right at the beginning of the project and Xolve always updated me with the progress as we go

Quality of work, professionalism - never miss any deadline, and they had the willingness to listen and work with clients for the best result.

I'd have liked to see all the top 3 designs instead of just 1 best design
