I’m the owner of a trade and advisory services firm, and we’re an agricultural fertilizer distributor. We’re located near Chicago.

We had a pretty messed up website so we reached out to Xoftech to help us get that back in shape.

What was the scope of their involvement?

We started the engagement by sharing the issues we were facing and what we needed to solve. After that, I asked Xoftech for some high-level recommendations as well as some estimates. We selected one from the options they presented and started the development process. The team rebuilt our website based on an existing website. We’re currently engaging them again to do design work.

I’m only working with Aqib (Founder & CEO).

I think I found them through Fiverr or on a different platform. When I reached out to Xoftech,  they responded. I then asked them for credentials, which they sent over, along with some samples of websites they've done.

What is the status of this engagement?

We began working with them in July 2021, and our partnership is ongoing.

They’ve completed everything on time and delivered our website according to our preferred specifications. I’m satisfied with their work, and that’s the reason why we’re reaching out to them again. 

How did Xoftech perform from a project management standpoint?

Xoftech has been very responsive whenever I call them. We use three primary communication channels, including WhatsApp, email, and Zoom. At first, I was concerned if we called them, we wouldn't easily reach them because they're in Pakistan. However, since they’ve decided to work on our time, that has made the engagement a lot easier.

After the launch, our website start to gain more traffic than before and we received good feedback from some of our customers regarding UI design etc.
