store. The project covered creating a clearer visual identity for UDoors Store and building an online shopping experience that felt more organized, easier to browse, and more reliable for customers. Our goal was to launch a store that looked professional, reflected the brand better, and made it simpler for users to explore products and complete purchases. The live site shows that UDoors Store operates as a multi-category online store in the UAE, with sections such as electronics, home appliances, home and garden, baby products, beauty, FAQs, contact, and order tracking.

X3’s scope of work included shaping the store’s brand presentation and building the e-commerce website itself. That meant improving how the storefront looked, how the categories were structured, and how the overall customer journey flowed from product discovery to checkout and post-purchase support. This matches the kind of e-commerce work X3 presents publicly, where the focus is on clean design, usability, secure infrastructure, and growth-oriented online store development.

What made the project valuable for us was that it was not just about designing pages. The work helped give the business a more polished identity and a stronger digital foundation for selling online in the UAE market. Features visible on the site, including category organization, FAQs, contact channels, and order tracking, show that the project was built around making shopping easier and creating a more dependable customer experience.

X3 Creative Solutions delivered a branded online store with at least 6 visible product categories, 3 key trust and support pages, and 4 clear service benefits that improved customer confidence, including free delivery, next-day delivery, 14-day free returns, and dedicated support. The outcome was a more organized, trustworthy, and growth-ready storefront.

We did not have any major issues with the project. The branding and store development were handled well, and the final result felt clear, practical, and ready to use. If anything, more post-launch fine-tuning over time would make the experience even stronger as the store grows.

Following the engagement, Gold In Sun expanded from the UAE into 3 additional markets, Iraq, Sudan, and Jordan, reaching 4 active regional markets in total. The work also strengthened brand visibility, improved digital communication, and supported broader market reach across the Middle East.
