W&S Digitalagentur has created a website for us. With the help of “user centered design” a sitemap (incl. navigation structure) and wireframes were created. This was based on the specified goals and wishes of our company and those of future visitors to the website. A responsive, modern and user-friendly web design was created on the basis of the concept.

A typo set (font + size), icon set, colors, buttons, forms, content elements, breakpoints (smartphone, tablet, desktop) were designed. The website was realized with the help of the CMS system TYPO3. W&S took over the installation and configuration of TYPO3, as well as the responsive implementation of header, footer and all necessary content elements in HTML, CSS and JavaScript.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We now have a modern and user-friendly website. Website usage has increased since then by around 20 percent and the new site has been consistently praised in the specialist community.

The time frame and budget targets were adhered to by W&S. Our wishes in terms of content were taken into account. At the same time, W&S always brought the technical view of web development and user experience into the discussions.

What impressed us the most was the individual approach and the creative performance of W&S. Although we did not have a top budget, we did not get an off-the-shelf website but a solution tailored to our needs.

Project management was not perfect at times: So sometimes more correction runs were necessary than were actually required.
