I am the owner of my company MODERATO. We provide financial services, including helping companies in tax and accounting aspects of running a business. We also create and control of investment’s budgets of various projects.

I found an offer from the vendor on-line and I was encouraged by the portfolio and young team.

My website was developed using a ready-made template. Sections visible on-line were selected by me and styled accordingly by the WPP team. Some of the sections were coded especially for me using HTML and CSS.

I appreciate the flexibility and the responsiveness of the WPPartner team. I felt I was well taken care of and all of my questions were answered fast and in a clear manner.

As I mentioned above they were very responsive. I am also pleased that they suggested a lot of great solutions. I communicated by Google Chat, Google Meet and that was really enough. They have met the deadline.

WPPartner considered my ideas carefully. I found them very responsible and felt calm about the results.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

No, I cannot find any. I am satisfied with the result.

At BCT incentive I work as a product manager and I am also involved in marketing activities. Our company provides incentive trips for polish and foreign companies. We organize this thru whole world like Africa, Europe, both Americas and Australia.

We needed a communication tool to present all crucial information to participants of each incentive event. We needed to present details like: transportation, accommodation, highlights, travel map, temperature and adaptable contact form in esthetic way. Moreover the solution has to be responsive.

We worked together on other projects and as I was satisfied with quality. I decided to hire WPPartner for this project as well because I want the smooth operation.

At the beginning we were especially focused on the list of functionalities and sections as well as the possibility to adapt each site and generate personalized accounts and passwords. WPPartner used WordPress CMS and PHP coding (with CSS and basic HTML).

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

I am satisfied with the implementation of the project. However what I find most important was contact and flexibility as well as post-implementation service. They are really focus on tasks so project was finished on time.

WPPartner team is very responsive - each task was answered asap. Our main communication tools were e-mail, video calls and phone calls, however working on Asana was also an option provided.

I need to go back to post-implementation services. They took care of the product well and shared knowledge with my colleagues and me. They were available even after we finished this project.

Nothing. Im satisfied with their work and the result.

At the beginning we were especially focused on design and WordPress theme adaptation possibilities. Second stage was basically implementation and work on responsivity of the website. My website is built on WordPress (PHP, CSS, HTML) with WooCommerce allowing me to sell some of my products and services.

Website itself is the main outcome of the project. I am happy that my website is fully responsive allowing instant access to all entries for my clients. It is easy to navigate, logical and supports me in reaching my company goals.

WPPartner team was quite responsible and responsive. We did not meet the deadline but I am very happy with the final outcome. Because of the team's flexibility, my website was very aesthetic and communicated my brand in an excellent way. We used emails and had occasional phone calls.

I would say that it was flexibility and decent communication. They shared their knowledge with me and we discussed a lot during the process.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Managing tasks and timelines could be slightly better though it is not a major flaw.

We asked them to create a landing page with details about our bank selfie account, for digital campaign. The purpose was to encourage users to account opening thanks to a good offer and a smart process. Our priority was a mobile wersion of lp. Corporate site we have isn’t mobile frendly, so we have decided for an external landing page.

WPPartner was assigned with creating low and high fidelity mockups of our newest landing page. Design process included a discovery workshop and testing period. Implementation of the design on WordPress content manager system required usage of PHP, HTML and CSS. All sections were programmed using ACF according to the final version of the design.

Not possible to present any measurable outcome other than the LP itself. We are fully satisfied with the general outcome. Our new product LP is fully responsible, easy to navigate and supports our marketing activities and boost results.

Responsive team, excellent communication. We have been communicating via traditional channels. Project was managed by the vendor in Asana. General timelines were met.

What I value most is openness and willingnes to sharing knowledge. They not only recommended how to do something, but they accurately and patiently explained, present the advantages and disadvantages of each solution.
