I work as a lead design architect in Denmark and I am working on freelance architectural projects.

For what projects/services did your company hire WP Plus, and what were your goals?

I needed a personal portfolio website because I am starting my own practice so I wanted a simple but professional website that potential clients could check out.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I searched for online vendors and found WP Plus through Plus972. They were recommended to me for the managed hosting services and more affordable add-ons. Since I am starting my own business, I needed an affordable but high quality option, which WP Plus has proved to be.

We worked alongside Plus972 since they took care of the creative vision and design side. WP Plus took care of the implementation and has since been maintaining the website. Any new scope, such as new projects that need to be uploaded are communicated to WP Plus and they have always delivered without issues and on time.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

I worked mostly with the COO and a web developer from WP Plus.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The website has been up for about two months now and all the projects that I worked on during my career are documented. Since I still work part-time and I am starting my business on the side, I have not actively promoted it digitally. It's been a word-of-mouth self-promotion and potential clients have a reference for what kind of work I do through the website.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

We had weekly Zoom meetings where we went over the progress for the week and they showed me updated work. I would also reach out directly via Slack in case I needed to communicate something before the meeting. It was very effective because we had a structure with an overall timeline so everyone knew what was expected and when.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They made me a beautiful site that is easy enough for me to update on my own. I was truly impressed that they took the time to make a tutorial so I could learn how to navigate my website since my budget wasn't super high to begin with.

Instead of me having to continuously ask them to do extra work they actually helped me learn how to do it on my own. They treated me with the utmost professionalism and whenever I have any questions or concerns, they are always there, so the customer service is truly excellent.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

We had some privacy issues when they first launched my website but they were quick to fix that.

WP Plus was hired to take care of website development. The goal was to create online store where people could buy one-time services as well as order custom solutions.

We checked numerous companies but WP Plus manager showed us the best support

We needed the create a website for our design agency. We needed to add Stripe and other systems. WP Plus did all the job needed.

We contacted only with Serhij (Project Manager). That was enough, he did a great job

We got a cool website that is SEO optimized with all the options that we need. All the small details that needed to be changed WP Plus fixed very quickly.

All the communication were very professional and friendly. Serhij is a great person, he described all the processes for us to understand all the stages of the website development.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They were very quick and professional. All our requirements were met. It looks like there is no task that WP Plus would not be able to complete.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Hard to say, as it is our first time of web development and it went great. What is more WP Plus provides all the technical support even after the web development stage.
