We inially bought one of their plugins to run on WordPress to offer digital gift vouchers. Initial setup was easy and then the plugin did not function 100%, This was due to the page builder we use. They went above and beyond to identify the problem offering WordPress custom development services and produced an updated plugin to work withn our setup. The team are simply amazing.

1. Finding a way to accomplish this task with the least amount of modifications to the existing code base
2. The solution has to be self explainatoring for the customer
3. The solution has to be solid and error free even for large amounts of entries
